Location is far away, "out in the bush" so to say. For beach holidays ideal, a bit less for visiting town and area.

Excellent kitchen, service and personnel in general. Infrastructure is good average, but compared to the price, excellent value for money. Beach could not be better, to my taste.

Think very hard before you book here. The location is UNACCEPTABLE. You will be cutoff from absolutely EVERYTHING. The only access to this hotel from the main thoroughfare is through small dirty rundown streets with garbage all over. Absolutely unacceptable for such a fine hotel.

Fantastic luxury hotel. Super comfy beds, very very nice accommodations. Spanking clean. Service is very helpful but a little amateurish, but that's not a big problem, really.

I realy dont like the internet connection. On the room only for 2 devices and very poor. In comparison with stay in Boracay, we had there very stable internet and no limited devices. I also dont like the La Mirada pool (its possible to use it, but i will realy not recommend that), which was very dirty and seems no maintainance. 7 years ago, it was very good pool, now very poor.

I liked the room with 2 big double beds, the location near Mactan Newtown (looks safe), then the possibility to use Vistamar beach and pool (ckeaner than LaMirada). But it will be good, if the hotel will offer some free van or something like that, so the acommodants can be transfered in some near place (at least). Unfortunately they didnt offered anything like this, needed to ride the local type of transportation.

The internet is not really good. Especially in the 6 flr. Area Hope you do something to improve the reception.

I liked the room we stayed at, the view is overlooking. It’s so wonderful experience staying there for our honeymoon. We’ll definitely come back there.

The location is far from local shops and attractions. The gym is dirty and unkept, old machinery that is unserviceable. The doorman was rude 😒 The room service was poor, we stayed 8 nights and the last 4 days our room wasn't cleaned or freshen up. Lacking service and cleanliness. Expensive for the money, I would suggest try another hotel.

The reception staff and food service was good and helpful. Security was good.

The room was not very clean. A lot of dust on the shelves and around the tea caddy. There were absolutely no restaurants, bars or shops nearby, despite being advertised as such. There was no wifi anywhere except in the lobby.

The hot water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing and took a while to adjust and heat up to desired temperature . Showers over a bath too seem to be quite a dangerous trip hazard and a thing of the past. A walk in shower would be a better option. Accidently broke a cheap small glass in the bathroom after it slipped off the wet sink area and was charged a ridiculous 250 peso for damage (the price of a taxi ride). No clothes washing facilities/options and no wifi in the room.

A wonderful 5 nights to lay by the two pools and enjoy the local beers, cocktails and delicious food available assisted by exceptional staff. Breakfast was a generous serving and the room was a good size with a lovely view of the water and surroundings from the balcony. Classic old style architecture in the original building around the pool and restaurant area and represented good value for money An easy 15 minute walk into Newtown for me or quick taxi or scooter ride for cafes and other varieties to eat for both modern and traditional/local tastes. This area provided ATMs and banks plus a supermarket and 7-11 convenience stores plus laundromats for washing clothes

The building is getting old and has had no maintenance since I stayed there 5 years ago. The buffet breakfast was terrible it was cold and not replenished when food was eaten. I was charged an extra 500 pesos for my guests, who consisted of a mother and father and two small children. This was not explained to us prior to booking and is not mentioned on their website. Only one lift was working all the time we were there, all the towel racks and assistance bars for elderly guests were falling off the walls and I am 70 years of age and the shower is situated over a bath. The TV was not working as the aerial cable was not connected to the end socket I repaired it myself, but it was a waste of time as there was nothing to watch only local programs were available. The air-conditioning was only good enough for cloudy days or nights, and then it leaked on the floor. We had to eat in the other holes close by to get decent meals. I would never stay in this hotel or any others that bear the same name again

I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our vacation! The first impression left by the receptionist who greeted us was truly outstanding. As someone with many years of experience in the hospitality industry, I can attest that the service was top-notch! To my delight, all the receptionists were so wonderful! They especially excel in their roles and do their jobs excellently! Bravo Clissy, Darlyn, and Ray! Breakfast was a wonderful surprise; everything was so delightful and excellent. Every morning we could choose what we wanted for breakfast, and everything was served promptly. Once again, the F&B team was amazing! They make your mornings beautiful! Wonderful! Bravo Kyle, Tiffany, Rena Rose, Belle! Of course, I can't forget the hardworking people who were always there to greet us, Yancy and Maro! And one more compliment, this time for the lovely, diligent OJTs! They are truly wonderful and hardworking, always there for guests with whatever they need, and they put in a lot of effort! Bravo dear Jhennylou, Shaina, Izza and Jean Rose! All together, they left such a wonderful impression that we are already planning our next visit to your hotel!

The room and its hardware is quite old and worn out. Cleaning is done very poorly. Upon checking in and entering my room, there were hair and dirt stains in the bathroom. Stains on the curtains, etc. The hotel itself is kind of located in the middle of nowhere with nothing much around.

Staff was friendly and helpful. This was the best part and the highlight of my stay.

the new property with the pool and beach access to the front took away from the hotel, the place is very tired and simple things like dusting the displays in the lift lobby would help. the room was run down, as was the bathroom.
