Would like to suggest that though a room is not yet reserved, constant cleaning of floors and furniture.

Room was pretty old and there were much amenities. Only shampoo and soap and towels. There were no slippers, shaving tools, etc. there is instant coffee and bottled water though. The breakfast buffet doesn’t seem yo be worth its price

Location was pretty good. Its near/walking distance to the podium and megamall. Room was really big and there is kitchen and dining space if you need it.

The location is excellent as it is near a couple of shopping malls. the staff are very friendly and efficient. They provided towels quickly when I asked for them. They also send someone quickly to assist with our WiFi connection.

The furniture and bathroom fixtures are old. The leather sofa has several tears and not comfortable.

The Room they gave me has a three separate beds in it, when it's obviously I booked for only my self. The Bed is pretty stiff and kind of uncomfortable, the internet is pretty slow. Hence, it is preferred to bring your own pocket Wi-Fi if you are going to bring some work to the hotel.

The Room is huge, and the balcony view is very nice. The Staff are friendly, and they processed my booking easily. Since I have travelled for work, The location is accessible from the business area and is near Megamall and The Podium.

The rooms are not properly maintained anymore. The phones don't work. The towels need more washing as they are not white anymore.

Location, location, location! It's a min walk to The Podium Mall. My twin boys love having breakfast at the Pancake House - and it's right by the lobby entrance. The hotel is so near Emerald Ave. where my mom & I love to walk around at night.

I didn't like the bathroom. The floor was dirty. Only half of the glass door of the shower area was there so the floor of the lavatory was always wet. The drain of the sink was clogged that we had to call for maintenance.

The room was nice. I liked the rooftop where we spent our New Year's Eve. It was nice to see the city and the fireworks.

Need to update light fixtures in the room, incomplete kitchen utensils and still need to request from the housekeeping. It would be nice also if slippers and bathrobes are provided.

Lobby is grand, staff are pleasant and abrupt. Spacious rooms. I like that they put me in a room with a view of the city.

Front desks need to endorse to next shifters to avoid unnecessary follow ups Too many follow up before housekeeping shows up. Though Kuya is very nice and did an amazing job But this is just a minor hiccups.. Overall is amazing!
