On the booking.com was mentioned that there is the elevator in the hotel but actually it didn't work. It was a crusial problem for our us because of grandma for whom is difficult to go upstairs. Also the nearest car parking area is in the Wyspianskyi hotel and it is about 200 meters to transfer your luggage by hands..

Situated almost on the central square of the Old town of Krakow. Included breakfasts. Big rooms

We were on 3rd floor and the stairs were quite steep from the 2nd to 3rd floor and the lift didn’t work. The bar wasn’t open during our stay.

The location was excellent. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Lift is not working... Was there may 4 and 10 days later, still no lift in operation.

The only thing we didn't like was the thermic isolation of the room. We were on the last floor of the hotel and it was really really hot although it was only 25 degrees outside (much less during the night) and all heating seemed off. We don't really know what happened but it felt like a sauna most times.

The location was perfect. Super close to all of Krakow's tourist attractions, perfect in-between between The Old Town and the hip neighbourhood of Kazimierz. The room and the bathroom were big enough and the bed was comfortable. Also the hotel was super flexible with our luggage.

There is no Wi-Fi upstairs and the room was very warm. Pillows were not comfortable either.

The property is very well located and close to the main square. It is clean and has a good breakfast.

Check in and reception staff could be better. They are not attentive enough. Rooms are clean but a bit old. This is am old building so, sound isolation is not good enough. So as people move and talk in corridors, use elevator etc, all sound is in your room.

Location is perfect, right at the heart of the old town. Only it's a noisy part of the city even during the night. Breakfast was good enough. Good value for money in general.

A fair bit of noise coming from the road but it is to be expected being so close to the main square. It would not put me off from coming back to the same hotel again.

We loved the location of the property. The room was very spacious for a family of 4, very comfortable beds, good facilities.

I appreciate that the Hotel is an old building, however only having Wi-fi at reception area was a little disappointing. This was because the tour provider may have been trying to contact me about any changes in times, or cancellation. But, this did not spoil my overall enjoyment at Great Polonia.

The hotel was a great location for a short walk to the main square. The receptionists were all so very helpful with any questions about where to get coaches for trips I had booked. Being able to leave my suitcase in the storeroom before the bedroom was ready, was very helpful, so I could take a walk around to get my bearings. The choices for breakfast where many, and all so freshly prepared. Much appreciated for everything.. All being well, I hope to return some day, and will recommend this hotel to colleagues and family.

We stayed in the family room in March. Check-in was quick. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. There is no wireless connection in the room. However, there is no problem with wireless connection in the breakfast room. Tea and coffee are unlimited in the breakfast room all day long. The hotel is right in the center. A few minutes walk from the main square. We were very pleased with our stay in Great Polonia Krakow.

More plug sockets in the room we had to boil the kettle on a chair which could of been a bit dangerous again everything was fine thank u

We lived on the third floor and it was a complete surprise, that there was no internet in the room. The receptionist with fiery hair color left a strange impression. We never saw a smile of politeness in her performance. :( She spoke quickly, with an indifferent expression on her face.

Breakfast was great, Krakow (old town) - beautiful. Small, cozy and somewhat elegant hotel.
