Great location for exploring different places whilst being quiet enough to rest. Staff were excellent and very friendly. They have a lovely outside garden too which was nice for our morning espressos the staff were kind enough to make us! Access is via private code to get into rooms and main entrance and changes per stay (which we found out when we retrieved our stored bags) so felt very safe too.

We liked that the hotel has a 24 hour reception (our arrival was at 02.30 in the morning from Lviv) and our room had a kitchenette which we found extremely useful.

The hotel is very clean and very close to the main square of Krakow.

It was a little noisy but it bad. It had a really bad shower and you had to walk to breakfast which was underwhelming.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The location was super close to the square in old town, surrounded by restaurants and entertainment and public transport.

Only complaint is I find the pillows are uncomfortable. Everything else was perfection.

This hotel is AMAZING!!!!! So clean, amazing location 5 mins walking to the center, amazing staff, gorgeous rooms stocked with nespresso and tea, soap in bathroom smell amazing. I was in a horrible situation dealing with an emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help me! 100% staying here again.

After reading all the reviews I was looking forward to my stay and it dit not dissapoint. Hotel has an amazing location in the old town but is really quiet at night. Rooms are well desingd with a lot of space in the bathroom to put your belongings. And last but not least our room was squicky clean upon arrival, as was the rest of the hotel. Not a dirty spot to be found. We had an amazing stay here.

One think to point out: pillows not much comfortable.

This hotel offers good accommodation with coffee machine and cups, electric kettke for the, little fridge in the room. Superb shower, TV with a range of channel. The hotel has strategic position in Krakow: 10' from major streets and Stare Miasto, historic centre of the city.

Our favorite of the three places we stayed at during our time in Poland. Beautiful lobby. Friendly receptionist staff that went above and beyond. We were able to check in early which was convenient but they do have luggage storage available as well. Room was nice and clean with a refrigerator available. Location was perfect for us as it is about halfway between the train/bus station and old town main square area which are both walkable distance. Also just about a minutes walk to Florianska street. If you plan on using the train/bus frequently for day trips to Auschwitz, salt mine, or for visiting other cities like we did, this is the perfect spot. Our flight also got delayed 24 hours and they were able to add an additional night and were able to make accommodations in order for us to keep the same room rather than having to check out and check in to a new room.
