Great location! Apartment was clean and quiet even it is right near busy road. Everything we needed for our stay in Krakow.

Only negative was the noise of the the front door when people go out early on a morning (6-6.30) as the bedroom is just the other side of the wall next to the door so it will wake you up along with some early morning rush hour traffic. However, it's quiet on a night after 11pm so you still can manage some good sleep.

Location is absolutely spot on just 5 mins walk from main station and shopping centre and also just a couple of mins to planty park and then the main square with its shops and bars and this above anything else is why I picked here.

Very close to Central train station. The owner is very nice. He gave us umbrellas on a rainy day and taken care of our luggage for well over 6hrs before we checked in, so that we can go round the town luggage free.

1. There was no holder or hinge for the shower head, hence unable to shower without having to hold on to the shower head. Always keep dropping on to the floor while hanging it over the tap. 2. instruction should include how to set the heater on. We were freezing on our first night as we arrived at midnight & it was like, 3 deg Celsius. However, the host was very nice & helpful to take the time to come over & advise us on how to adjust the heater which was situated outside the apartment. 3. Apartment is just next to a Sex Shop which is not ideal for kids although it is not any fault of the host.

The location was convenient, just next to the big mall, Galleria Krakowska & the main train station and we have a Great host.

Located by the train station and the mall, a short walk to the old city. The appartment is freshly renovated, comfortable and is in a great location. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a nice balcony. Would recommend this place for a group up to 4 people or a family with kids.

Everything was good. Location was 50 meters away from central train station. Instructions to enter the house were quite clear

The WiFi was slow/disconnecting at times. There was a box of tissues in the bathroom, with only 2 tissues... A container with only 2 tea bags - not major issues, but they were felt. One of the bedrooms is also the lounge / kitchen area /bathroom entry, which is not too comfortable to the people sleeping

Great location, easy communication and self check-in, comfortable beds, very clean, great bathroom. Useful to have a kitchen and a washing machine. Quiet apartment at the end of the building with view of the garden

Self check in so great if you’re running late. We loved everything about the place-location couldn’t be better. The shopping gallery it’s just opposite road and couple of minutes walk. Main train station is 10 mins away and it’s only about 20 mins to/from airport. Bus/tram stop opposite too so you can get anywhere you want in Krakow. Lots of shops around and other facilities available. We travelled with small children and the flat had everything we needed. Cot was available on request and the owner checked if there was anything else we needed which was very kind. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Apartamenty Astur. I highly appreciate the host's communication and help. He gave me a clear step by step explanation on the check-in and check-out process. The place did not have any soap available in the bathrooms which was unexpected. There was no kitchen paper or paper towels.

The location is excellent. The check-in was very smooth. The instructions were bit confusing, however we figured it out. The place was very neat and clean. The railway station is pretty close and there is easy access to public transportation.
