There was a musty smell when we arrived like kind of greasy. We left the window open for most of the night to get rid of it. It was on the fourth floor and there was no lift which wasn't an issue for us except when checking in and out with our luggage. You could hear next door at all times so walls were quite thin, although they weren't overly loud we could hear them at random time of the night.

The location was great. I found the sofa more comfortable than the beds. The beds were quite low on the ground due to space. The pillows were quite worn out or cheap opposite of Premier inn type pillows. Had all the amenities you would need, although we didn't cook it did have everything you would've needed if you had.

The apartment looks a lot bigger on the photos, the beds were OK but quite hard but we managed good nights sleep. If you struggle with walking or stairs this isn't the apartment for you. There's 8 flights of stairs up to the top floor, it was exhausting and we found we went out in the morning and just didn't want to return all day sue to tackling the stairs. There was only one roll of toilet roll so we did have to go and buy this which wasn't too difficult as there's a shop across the road. The bedding isn't great, one pillow per person and the duvets for the double beds are tiny and wouldn't cover 2 people. The room wasn't the cleanest but the price we paid we didn't expect 5 star luxury, we just gave it a wipe down and a hoover. There was also no cups to have a cup of tea or coffee so we did have to buy souvenir ones and bring them home. The best part of this apartment is the location, it was right by the Jewish quarter and there was trams right outside

The location of the apartment was amazing, 2 mins walk into the Jewish quarter and 10 min walk to old town. There was an iron and ironing board, hot water and the room was nice and warm but a big window to let air in. The building is really charming with original wooden staircases and other original features. Really easy to find and easy to access with codes and safe box

Bed and pillows etc were very uncomfortable so we opted to sleep on the sofa bed which was better but not great. The heating was on which was nice but you couldn’t turn it down only off. Wifi was slow

The mattress of the beds were really bad/uncomfortable. The cleaning could have been better too, shower holder was broken.

The apartment is on the top floor. No elevator. If you have troubles with stairs I would not recommend this place. Plus the main bed is upstairs. The apartment was cold at night.

The photos of the apartment are misleading , would never booked the place if they were true to stay . Beds are in terrible state , so is bedding and quilts. Smells in the apartment. Kettle is a burn hazard . We were disgusted to touch anything in the apartment and bought our own cups to have tea in as they were dirty . Wifi is so slow I could crawl faster . I could go on . AVOID if you can

Paid for a 2 bedroom apartment got a 1 bedroom and nothing like what pictures show

Hot water lasted 3 mins. Bedding wasn’t appropriate. Longer walk to market square than specified. Wi-Fi worked when it wanted to. Neighbours played music past 4am

Ooo where do I start ! Place is a death trap , wires hanging from walls , plug sockets hanging off the walls , could not plug the fridge in as wires were exposed , Pictures of the place on booking.com do not look anything like it does in true life. We arrived late so just wanted to sleep but not until we had to go up 85 stairs , which were uneven, about 6 flights up and into the attic. Room was unfit for habitation, to be fair we only paid 110 pounds or 4 nights but did at least expect a fridge. Beds? Springs sticking in your back , quilts marked and dirty, We met some people who had paid around the same and had much better quality. By all means we are not snobs and i am giving an honest review We only used this place to sleep but then again what sleep , you can hear everything through the paper walls , others stomping up the wooden stairs and ours banging , We did leave the place spotless for the next people but if you have booked seriously consider staying somewhere else , oh and TV only has 3 polish channels, so truly no good at all . This place is in desperate need of an update and also wiring sorted out as this could cause a fire , I will not be renting another apartment off this company .

- The worst thing about the apartment was the heating. We were staying there in January and the temperature inside the room was the same as outside. We couldn't find where the heating was, turned out the floor was heated (well...some parts of it). When I contacted the owner, he told us, he will solve it. The heating was on for a very short period of time and during the stay the apartment was still super cold. As we were very tired when we arrived, we told ourselves that we could stay the night and deal with it later. The next day, the heating was not working again. I contacted the owner and he told us he would switch on the heating..guess what. Nothing was happening for at least 35 minutes. After urging him and messaging him 3 times that the apartment was extremely cold, he finally decided to switch it on.. You would tell that if the apartment is cold, you could at least warm yourself by going under the blankets.. Well there was only 1 blanket for a single bed (I booked and paid a stay for 2 people!) and it was very thin, totally unacceptable for the winter season. When I asked the owner if he could provide us with another blanked he arrogantly responded that "since 10 years we have only 1 blanket". I always travel with a very open minded attitude but this was the worst experience of my life. You could say "hey, it's only for staying over night, you could bear the 2 nights only".. but even if it wasn't so cold and uncomfortable you couldn't even fall asleep! - I booked a stay in an appartment and turned out it was a very small studio. Nothing like the photos. And there wasn't even a bed. We had to sleep on an old sofa-bed. - The bathroom sink was broken and the owner told me the day before the arrival. This could happen but I didn't even get a discount for that. - The sheets were dirty and there were stains on them. - The kitchen was super dirty, the fridge smelled bad, there was mouldy water left in the kettle.

host changed location last minute due to a water leak in .arrived at apartment and it smelled really bad of smoke and when mentioned to the host he replied”I know I’m sorry “was told we was not allowed to turn the heating on we had to use a tiny heater to keep warm and it was freezing. there were dirty sheets over the couch and rips in the blankets and pillows , the shower had mold and the shower head was broken also opened the cupboard and there were dirty ear buds and a mess left in there , hot water only worked for 5 minutes. made us both very I’ll due to the cold and smell of smoke smell on our chest as we suffer with asthma. would not recommend staying here atall. they should be removed off booking.com.

- The old sofa, which is the only bed in this studio, is not suitable for sleeping. We gave up and changed the apartment before the end of our stay because we just couldn't sleep. The bed linings are suitable neither for two people nor for the winter season. - This studio is just next to the main trash, being loud. The patio, though which one has to walk to get to this studio, is full of pigeon excrement. - The instructions sent in PDF by host were not polite. - The toilet flush was broken, it was constantly letting water to flow. - the place shouldn't be named 'apartment', it is a 'studio'

- There were no cockroaches - central location suitable for tourists - picking up keys without meeting the host

we all loved the property just not the climb to get to it, it is 4 floors high and this was a challenge especially with a bit of shopping, but we knew this before we booked so we can’t moan

nothing like the pictures, a 3 minute shower was all the hot water we had - who can shower in 3 minutes I do not know and for 2 people not sufficient, not a proper bed a pull out sofa and hardly any blankets to fit the bed, no heating at all - had to boil water on the stove to provide some kind of heat! messaged the hotel during our stay and got no response, felt like someone else’s home with sauce packets lying around, Teddy bears on shelves, didn’t like it!

It`s a central location in Old Town o Krakow. Very quiet area, the same as the apartment and neighborhood. I recommend this apartment to families.
