Windows shall be changed to more voice-resistant. In the morning apart form street/traffic voices, the church is making alarms each hour- it was the most annoying.

What is a pro is also a con here - central location next to busy street makes is noisy, as windows does not soundproof fully. If you're a light sleeper, church bells ringing every hour from 6am will drive you crazy. If possible, ask for a room with side or backyard location, away from the street. But the view itself over Klimczok makes it worth.

Very centrally located right in the middle of the action. Stone's throw to every corner of Szczyrk. Modern building, spacious room with seaparated living/kitchen area. Did not use myself, but friend truly recommended sauna/spa services (requires separate booking with extra charge). Generous breakfast option, plenty to choose from. Free secured parking next to the building, which is a bless in busy resort like Szczyrk.

The bed matraces could have been harder. The ventillation of the rooms could be improved. After an hour or so, you need to open the windows for fresh air.

We asked to have a room in the quietest part of the building - as a result, we have got a tiny room 005 on the ground floor with windows to the main road. And it was not quiet at all. The room had only one warm blanket that was fluffy. dirty walls, a old furnished bathroom needed to be refreshed.

Perfect location. The place is surrounded by hills, a lot of touristic places (for a walk with a great view). I assume this place is very popular during winter time for skiing.A lot of bars and shops. In the hotel, we were met by a very polite staff. The lobby was clean and cosy. Parking for visitors on the hotel's territory is free. The hotel has its own beauty salon. Spa till 21:00 for all guests is free as well. Standard continental breakfast with good coffee and fried eggs, sausages etc. All rooms have balconies.

The room needs some renovating, when we arrived we have to deal with the broken showerhead. During our stay (4 nights) the cleaning lady came only once and it was awkward time (about 17.00) when we were in the room back from the skiing.

The price and breakfast was good. Also the parking was free and private. Room had good soundproofing and was wide. The hotel was located next to the main road and had good access.

Things to improve: only one ironing board for a whole hotel (and staff couldn’t find it), no elevator (if you’re elderly or disabled), some tacky elements of the room interior, broken towel heater (or non operational), no kettle or fridge in the room, one light bulb broken (could’ve been checked beforehand), no air conditioning, old lumpy pillows.

Good points: friendly staff, great location, beautiful hotel garden and river, clean rooms, comfy bed, good sound insulation between rooms, tasty breakfast, good wifi and cable tv, spacious bathroom with good water pressure, overall very clean hotel :)
