They promised to send me the code to the safe where the key was supposed to be. But they didn’t do this. So I had to call late at night and find out how I could get the key through support. The employee forgot to do this by default. This employee also forgot to put the parking key in the safe and I was unable to park my car that day. Although my parking was paid for all days. It was unpleasant

Everything was awesome. First: perfect location, 10 min walk to the main bus and train station, and to a big outlet mall (all next to each other), very convenient. Apartment is in a very quiet gated residential area with 3-4 stories new buildings. On the way there there’s a nice Blossom cafeteria for breakfast on snacks. Next to it is Żabka, small convenience store. Apartment itself spotless, with contemporary design and appliances with AC. Nice balcony for a morning coffee. We really enjoyed staying there.

The bathroom was very spacious which was a big plus. The entire apartment was super clean and we had no problems checking in or out. Basically, I rate it 10 out of 10 and would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow

The complex is beautiful and very safe, you can find a small store 2 minutes away and a mall 10 minutes away on foot. The train station is also 5 minutes away, and the old center is about 15-20 minutes away. Everything looked according to the pictures, we had a pleasant stay.

There is quite small TV, however, we did not really use it. It's more for reference rather than a complaint. Also the sofa in the living area was not very comfortable, but we have been told that new one has been ordered. Some fixtures like a washing machine connection were visible.

Close proximity to the main train /bus station which has great connection to the airport, as well as only 15 min walk to the old town. You can walk through the train station which is connected to a shopping centre with all chain food and clothing brands. Just outside the estate there is a nice coffee place "Blossom" serving amazing breakfasts. We arrived very late so picking up the keys was going to be a challenge. However, it wasn't, locked box is just outside the estate, I have been given a code via text message and found the named envelope easily. In the apartment there is loads of space. The terrace area is almost as big as a whole apartment, which I can imagine is very useful in the summer. Very big bathroom with walk in shower that can easily fit two people.

Very clean apartment... I come at night (after midnight), they left me the keys in the safe... I didn't have problems to get the keys and find the apartment, security in the yard helped me... Communication with them was ok....

- ground floor apartment so a bit dark for someone who likes to have plenty of sun (but it didn't get hot during these summer days :-) - cleaning could have been done better: tableware was not very clean, some spiderwebs around the apartment - despite the fact that free wifi WAS INCLUDED in the offer - I checked in the booking confirmation (contrary to what I was told by the agency), we couldn't have internet connection (the owner apparently doesn't pay invoices regularly so the connection is cut)

- it was a 2-bedroom apartment no 48 at Rakowicka 20B: spacious and comfortable, easy and convenient access from underground garage by an elevator (parking space just next to it) - parking space included in the price - large bathroom and living with kitchen - the apartment is in a closed area so safe, with playground and small grocery store nearby

- relations with the customer (me) were a disaster from the beginning: they debted my credit card with a huge markup, saying it was related to currency conversion, then they debted parking even if I clearly stated I didn't need parking. - almost all messages were in Polish... - several questions sent by whatsapp / booking messages were left unaswered... - the office was closed when I arrived, I had to figure out were to go, in a building that was not even on the map - complicated and oldish app to register, confirm and pay the accomodation and the deposit... again, most of the messages were in Polish... - now I'm still checking if they debted the deposit, under which name, and if they refund it... - the building is new but the shower has no constant water temperature, without moving the handle, water can randomly get out warm or cold and change in few seconds. - bed mattress was truly cheap and thin, worse than hostel mattresses.

+ flat itself is new, small but almost perfect. + fast and reliable wifi. + location is ok, it's just outside the city center but there is basically nothing around apart a small shop, a cafe, and the train station. + it can be an interesting accomodation only if you find a good offer, otherwise better to go elsewhere.

Prior to reaching the apartment, we received a call from the host Monica, Sun and Snow, to confirm our arrival time and to let us know where we would be able to find our keys and instructions to their facility. Interestingly enough, while the call was conducted in English, the instructions themselves were actually written solely in Polish. This made settling in automatically incredibly difficult, whether it was looking for our parking spot or accessing and navigating the apartment itself. Furthermore, we were met with another surprise upon entering: there was no WiFi available in our suite contrary to what the listings and descriptions had promised. In total, we likely spent 30 minutes looking for a way to access the internet thinking we were missing something because of the aforementioned instruction sheet being written in a language we could not read (we couldn't contact Sun and Snow at this time since we arrived past their work hours on Saturday, and would need to wait until Monday). Monday morning I came to Sun and Snow office to see representative, Monika, who showed up one and a half hours late to work, she ended up informing us there were no WiFi services in our facility and it was simply misinformation on behalf of Booking.com. Since I travelled for work to Poland, I had to find some place with WiFi. In this situation, it made my trip and experience with Sum and Snow facility awful. I had to miss almost the whole work day and had to urgently check out one day earlier than paid for.

The location is perfect. Everything you must see in Krakow's old town was walking distance away from the apartment. Facilities were clean, modern and well maintained, but I cannot understand how all of these things were provided without WiFi if booking .com listing/descriptions said that it was promised.
