The AC made a lot of noise. It was ok during the day but we had to turn it off at night. It sounded like the beeping trucks/cars have when backing out. The staff was ok. Not very empathetic. We asked for early check in. They could not accommodate (which was ok) but it was their attitude that turned us off. No empathy, just an “it is what it is” attitude. No parking. If you need to park you need to book way in advance (to park on the street) or use parking lots.

We got the deluxe suite. It was huge! The ambiance was just amazing. The ceilings had big wood beams across it. Shower had good pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was much bigger than anticipated. Perfect location, minutes from town square.

Very clean and without using artificial air fresheners. The whole building has a very gentle authentic scent. Oh and there was a surprise jacuzzi in our room! Can't complain.

The beds were a bit narrow which could be an issue for some people.

The location was excellent, close to all the main sights. It wasn't even too far to walk to the Schindlers factory museum. The room was spacious and very clean. There was always someone on reception if needed.

Spacious room with good facilities close to main square easy to access day and night. Great cafe for breakfast attached to it. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend. We will stay here again.

The curtains allowed quite a lot of light in and were difficult to close because they were so high up. The shower took a little while to get hot.

The apartments are beautiful and have all the features you could want, including a hob and fridge. The bed was comfy and the property was furnished to a high degree. Lovely polite staff and amazing location right next to the square.

Bed linen rather tired and not 100% cotton. Pillows became too warm not helped by not being 100% cotton and no internal protective cover, (only single pillow słip). Fridge badly needed defrosting. No dish drainer and too small tea towel. Room a bit cold. Some tourist information displayed at reception would be helpful. When I asked staff produced a much better map than the rather inadequate one on the counter.

In the bedroom there could have been a comfortable chair to sit in. There was adequate room.

Decor and facilities in the room were very good and up-to-date. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. (We arrived past midnight!) Good location. Self- catering facilities in the room were good. There is also a restaurant next door if you're too tired to cook a meal!
