Shower was a bit impractical for me because the shower head was weirdly low, but I think this is common in Poland. Not a major issue but it made showering a bit uncomfortable for me personally.

Checking in late was easy and the people behind the desk are very friendly. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. For the low price that I paid I got a great accommodation.

The room was very dusty. Also when we were leaving there was nobody at reception to take our payment. Luckily a nice lady responsible for breakfast took the time to help us even though this was clearly not her job. Give her a raise!

Photos on the booking page looks a bit better than the reality. Laminate floor should be replaced. Beds in bedroom are acceptable but require replacement too. Parking instructions could be better. Could not easily find right gates. Attached photo.

All needed kitchen appliances were present. Bathroom looked renovated and fresh. One bedroom looked fresh too. Breakfast to me felt better and richer than in similar BnB places. I recommend to buy it. Funny elevator. Sadly instructions were in polish but after someone showed how to use it, it was fun to use it yourself. For first timers it is better to use stairs at first. Parking place was in the backyard.

The rooms could use a bit of maintenance, a lick of paint here and there, but it didn't really affect our good impression. The hot water pressure in the bath tap is way too low and it takes forever to fill the bath, while taking a shower is much easier. Maybe, if you decide to do some renovation, swap the bath for a shower stall - it will be much more convenient.

We loved the location and the amenities available in the same building - a small shop, cafe, and bakery right by the front door! The interior was lovely, simple and clear, we loved the bare bricks that went really well with the overall style of the neirghbourhood/city. The kitchen had all the essentials for not only making our own tea and coffee and breakfasts but also reheating simple dishes for dinner. The reception staff was very helpful and always smiling, made us feel very welcomed.

The heating batteries did not work properly, they were barely warm at the maximum level. The apartment had an air conditioner to cover for that, but for us it was not convenient to put it on to warm the room. The conditioner is somewhat noisy, too. The conditioner itself is clean, however, not dusty inside. The sofa in the living room is rather used, the fabric underneath was torn.

Our apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and large. The bed linen were spotless. The place is quiet at night. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They also have free toys that you can use while staying, our kids loved them. There is a dedicated parking at 20zl per day, but we never had issues parking in front of the building. It is free from 6pm to 8am. Good choice if you just stay overnight or if you spend most of the day riding somewhere like we did. There is a small convenience store, a cafe, and a liquor store :))) on the ground floor of the building. The elevator is a classic!

Apartments are very well located and easy to find. We got a code of access due to late arrival but it all worked smoothly. The apartment was very cozy and warm. The beds were comfortable, we were surprised to find the well-equipped kitchen. There was enough space and the hair dryer and iron were easy to obtain at the desk. The Tv channels were Ok. The breakfast was fresh and included different options. And we could leave the bags till afternoon on the day when we were leaving. Really good experience.

It is good only fo one night. It is very old and many things were broken.. Breakfast we did not like too.
