Dirty carpets all over hotel, bed very small for a big room, kept banging my head over a wall. But really what we weren’t pleased about was the fact that months before our arrival I sent a message to the property informing I’ll be with a car and also 6 kg dog. The reception therefore responded informing carpark will cost 30PLN a day. They didn’t mention dog cost at all so I assumed it was free (since on booking it says ‘charger May apply’) On arrival however I was asked to pay 115 PLN per day for my dog!!! As this is their rate! Since we were staying 5 days you can only calculate how shocked I was to pay additional nearly 600PLN while I was never pre informed of it before my arrival. Thankfully the lady gave us 50% discount from this. However id wish we were informed of this price originally when messaging the hotel months prior our arrival.

There were sometimes no clean towels in the spa area. The towels in our room were outdated (they had holes in them). We'd appreciate it if there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel.

The hotel has a great location - beautiful mountain views but also within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty with a great variety of both sweet and savoury options.

They should have had a bus shuttle running so that you could get to and from the train station and main ski area. It was a 30min walk to the ski lift and taxis in the town were extremely overpriced. Also the spa was a bit too small for the number of guests and it was hard to use the facilities comfortably.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. In a very quiet neighbourhood and far from the noise of the city.

They could have informed earlier the parking isn't for free. Next morning they charged a parking fee. Another point, at night there are intermittent beeps on the hallway. Anoying but overall the place is very nice.

The regular Studio room with the sofa bed is not comfortable or suitable when travelling with family. The outdoor and pool area is a bit dated. Could need some renovation and upgrade: Like more lounge chairs or umbrellas.

After complaining about the very small Studio room (we travelled with small baby) and the uncomfortable sofa bed, we got an upgrade for a bigger apartment next day. This bigger room was much more what we expected for this price range. The check in personell was very helpful. Additionally we we got also the breakfast upgrade, which selection really satisfied us.

The property is clean, the beds are comfy. Good value for the money you pay. The pool is big enough, spa area is clean. Really friendly staff. Overall it was a nice stay, would be happy to come here again some day.

there should be some room cleaning at least once in a while. when you go with kids for one week you definitely need the floor to be cleaned at least twice. they only came to collect the trash. about the restaurant, as I said the food was very tasty but the staff was slow and confused. also the restaurant is open from 1pm for ala’ carte but my partner was told the preparation would take more than an hour because they don’t have time (preparing for the diner). so he went to a nearby restaurant which was by the way exceptional. one thing I really didn’t get at all was paid parking at the hotel’s property. it should be included.

I liked the location, the spa facilities and the food in the restaurant. The aparthotel is very nice and clean.

Unclean dishes - dishwasher wasnt working and the dishwashing liquid was probably a soap so no wonder why. We had dirty bathrobes in the closet when we first came. There were also cereals in the kitchen from previous guests. I don't know if it's a sign of generosity or if nobody cleans there. The sofa had some yoghurt on a cushion. Overall it was obvious that nobody takes a proper care of the rooms.

I liked the saunas And the pool, i would Also like the jacuzzi, but it was a bit small for a hotel this big so full everytime.

Staff not friendly. Very dangerous outside area no lights on destroyed stairs. Difficult carpark with no sign posts. Rooms extremely small. Could not even close the door cause it was blocked by bed. Carpets very dirty. No starter kit for coffee or tea after travel especially needed when no restaurant on site open. No place to have coffee after 10 am. Deffinayely not a 4star resort. Mote like 2 stars.

very small sauna, whirlpool and steam room for only 2- max 3 persons with over 150 guests. Breakfast very expensive for the region and location at very end of village. Friday eve Party till 2am in house took all our sleep - nobody dared to complain.
