We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaThere was a broken shelf in the room, room was very small and had a quite old fashioned hairdryer.
The hotel was easy accessible from highway, it was for us important, as our main need was to find a reasonable overnight stay. It was silent location, just some km away from highway. The breakfast was very good!

United KingdomAn Ibis hotel, very similar to other Ibis hotels. Clean, comfortable, great for an overnight stay en route. Within walking distance of 2 McDonalds and a Castorama if you like to eat out and go somewhere interesting. Well I thought it was interesting. The hotel has paid secure parking or apparently you can park for free outside. There's a petrol station right next door, very convenient if you're driving.

PolandThe shower needs to be repaired, because it leaked. After taking a shower the water was on the floor, although it was protected with the glass door. The prices for breakfast were truly expensive, you would expect to pay such amount for dinner.
A renovated hotel, everything clean, nicely designed, rooms were excellent. I love the privacy and that everything was new.

United KingdomI didnt find any dislikes , to be honest , I miss kettle in my room , I cant live without cup of tea and sometimes I cant sleep overnight or I would like working slightly longer, Its will be nice to have chance make few cups of tea.
Perfect location very close to town centre. Nice and proffesional staff. Tasty breakfest with plenty if choices. I choose room with two separate beds but my daughter decided to stay with friends. I have offer to swap my room for another one with one bed without any sugestions from my side . Exellent understanding customers needs , well done . Thank you .

NorwayHeating system was extremely hot in the room, and there were dust below the beds, I have 2 family members asthmatic and was not so good. Breakfast was good, but sometimes there were too little things I.e. pancakes, sausages scramble eggs, croissants.
The staff were friendly, helpful all the time. Always showed interest in helping in every need. Rooms were tidy, sometimes water bottles were placed as complementary.

United KingdomA bit too many things to pay extra for, like tea, coffee or a carpark. No a kettle in the room and the main reliance is on a restaurant in the lobby. TVs need upgrading.
The super friendly staff, from the lovely cleaners and the kitchen staff, up to the manager. Smiles everywhere. Breakfast was very nice too ;) The room was clean and a really lovely bathroom.
