Location is a bit remote if you plan to go to Karpacz or Szklarska Poręba ski resorts.

In bathrooms on the floor - maybe a little mold ?

We liked location ( in the middle of nature) with possibility to start hiking from the door . Food was perfect ( we had ala carte - yes maybe if someone is here more than 4 days he will think what to order) . Breakfast was rich and very good.

One large towel per person isn't enough in my opinion! Hand towel should be available. Also, I think bathrobes should be available in hotel rooms for SPA use without additional charge. Hotel restaurant was taking last orders by 8pm. Last drinks were served at 9pm. We asked for a coffee after our dinner at around 9pm and we were refused as coffee machine was already cleaned up. There was no shop open in the nearest area.

Very good location, close to the main road which can be convenient or disturbing depending on your needs. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. I also had a full body massage, which was at additional cost. Very good breakfast, but not much choice for vegetarians, so I would advice to let them know in advance if you do not eat meat. We were recommend by reception staff a wonderful walk to the old quarry and that was one of the best walks we had during our holidays.

Everything is in one place! Very beautiful and modern hotel, it has restaurant with good menu, pool and jacuzzi, spa with massages and other procedures and gym. You also can take a bike (electro bikes as well) and ride to mountains. In the evening, if weather is good, hotel offers a compliment with sausages which you can cook on fire on backyard. Breakfast will meet all requests! And personal is very helpful!

Room was small with extremely uncomfortable separated beds. For this price I would expect better standard.

- weak WiFi; - quite dirty (stains on carpet, black spots in the bathroom); - can be noisy, ventilation in bathrooms is buzzing loudly; - LITERALLY NOBODY cares about COVID, especially staff (!); - sauna is a huge mistake: it is not only people using it with clothes on (and, generally, wrongly in all other ways!) but showers are placed in a spot, where you can wave to people in jacuzzi and pool - and you can choose what you are waving with as you are fully visible (and they even put a photo of dressed people in the sauna on their web site!); - massages are nice but the room is noisy (the pool is next door) so you cannot really relax; - no supervision of hotel guests: children throwing a bilard-ball around - who cares? people uses SPA in a wrong way - who cares? Drivers parking cars whatever they want, blocking others - who cares (yes, they have cameras on the parking)? People in bathrobes in a (trying to be good) restaurant - who cares? Eventually you can try your luck with a drunken Polish "tourist";

A lot could be heard (speech and other noises) from the neighbouring rooms. Pretty disturbing especially at night. Rooms although quite new and modern, have terrible lighting, it's either too bright to read and rest if you turn on the bedside led or too dim if you have just the oddly placed ceiling lights on. An LED fixture fell off from the ceiling in the shower exposing live wires, good thing no one was having a shower at that moment. It was fixed the next day by the handyman but still a bit terrifying. Gym machines seemed unkept -missing batteries or power cords. Swimming pool adult-only hours were not enforced by the staff. Hoping for a kids free evening, instead had the pool chock full of kids. If you want to play table tennis you better bring your own rackets and balls, the ones at the play room are useless. I would expect the TV to have Netflix or built in Chromecast so you can view your favourite shows from your personal account.

Location, location, location. Exceptional breakfasts and dinners! Great variety of food and good quality too. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms, pool and other facilities were clean and tidy.
