Very clean & tidy. Nice decor. Very good breakfast. Good location not far from Krakow centre. Staff helpful. Great, comfy large bed. Water fountains on each floor. Rooftop bar has spectacular views. Very pleasant & good value.

unfortunately there were roadworks going on outside the hotel which meant being woken up at 7 o'clock in the morning, I assume the ear plugs in the room were to try and compensate for that. This is of course outsife the hotel's control but was still annoying

Excellent 'castle view' room, the breakfast gave you a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Comfortable bed, pillows and duvet although to be honest I was too warm most nights! Friendly staff at reception who were willing to give advice as most 'stupid tourist' have!

The bar at reception was closed during our stay. However, the rooftop bar/restaurant was open. But, there was a reluctance to serve a pre dinner drink, even though we were residents and the place was not full.

Very friendly , helpful, professional staff at reception. Very clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Ongoing Road works in front of hotel with early morning noise. Roof top restaurant kitchen closed early without the opportunity for dessert at 9 pm.

Location was fantastic with views of castle and river. Unfortunately Road works outside did spoil our stay.

information about public transportation. Downstairs bar not open. When friends walked me home from Old Town I wanted to buy them a drink but everything was closed up and this was not even midnight. Also useful would have been information on exchanging currency.

Breakfast daily. Terrace restaurant with view. The nearby green and open space. Location seemed well known by ride share and tour groups. Nearness to castle. Location of the room in the hotel (509) with a great view.

The lack of English programmes on TV or even Music channels. Our shower was great -room 309 but could do with another shower head holder at the end of the bath. Shame the bar & restaurant was closed Wednesday & Thursday. Only mentioning this as otherwise everything was perfect.

Nothing..everything was more than ok

Top 5 things Ioved about this hotel: 1.breakfast...fruits,a lot of cheeses,very food sweets,coffee,juice 2.the town channel...it made me feel like I has visited every important thing in Krakow...just sitting in the room 3. The employees....really made You feel food 4. The placement..near the castle 5.water on the hall...really good

Only downside was street parking.

Hotel has a great location with great views. Beds, bathroom, were great. Safe was large. Near tram stop. Separate restaurant on roof was excellent and not overly expensive. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotels restaurant on rooftop lovely. Food very good but service was not. Our table waited for food over an hour between courses which is not acceptable

No ice machine especially in hot weather. There were some in the bar that we can avail but one of your bar staff at the end were not happy to give us some ice for our drinks as it was a very hot weather. And also we did not mind going out and get some ice cubes in nearby grocery stores but they run out of it… so i guess maybe in the future if your hotel provides ice machine even one in the building then we would not have to bother your staffs in the bar… other than that everything was ok…

Could have done with a bit more milk in the room for tea/coffee but that’s such a minor thing!

Very helpful reception staff who spoke very good English. Excellent variety and selection of food for breakfast! Water fountains in the corridor for filling up water bottles a very nice bonus! Fantastic location - next to the river with good view of Wawel Castle and easy to get to Old Town either by walking or bus/tram!

The parking facilities or rather lack of. We parked about eighty meters away from the main entrance. We purchased a ticket and placed it in our car. Next day was Sunday and I was told I was not required to purchase another ticket. My wife and I proceeded to go into the centre for a few hours. On our return, we were shocked to see city officials clamping all the cars close to the hotel. We were able to convince the official not to clamp our vehicle as we were about to leave for home country. We still had to pay the fine though which was annoying. Next time I will choose a hotel with a garage.

Good location - near the Wawel Royal Castle, on the riverside of the Vistula River. Short walk to the old town (Stare Miasto). Approx 2 km walk to the Krakow Main Train Station (Krakow Glowny). Hotel Breakfast - plenty of items to choose, good atmosphere on the breakfast room (not noisy). Great Kebab/Grill kiosk (two actually) just outside of the hotel entry - very good food in reasonable prices...
