Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineWi-Fi in my number didn’t work, even after the administration provided me with the router- it was not solved. Poor internet connection. Also, only a few persons from the staff can speak English. It’s not a big problem but still (only Polish and German)
Location is good. Very quiet, nice and comfortable rooms and the hotel area, delicious food in the restaurant. We stayed for a long period and needed to use iron, washing machine, microwave owner etc. It was nice that there was a small room with all this stuff to our service.

GermanySome time needed for us to learn how to use the microwave. The water flow for the shower seemed to be small (the temperature is still good enough).
The apartment has almost all we need. Everything is new and clean. Our 2-year old daughter really like the play room and the play facilities in the garden. There is enough space for parking. Very delicious breakfast!

Poland- shower gel is a mistake, feels cheap and useless (no foam, extra small portion); - WiFi is not working, I mean sometimes it pretended to work but only pretended - no real use of it; - couch was dirty at places, maybe some replaceable/washable cover might be a good idea so guests would not have to touch old stains?
Has to remark that is for an apartament! + nice lighting, lots of sockets so you can connect and charge all your stuff (even when not in room); + saw a car charger thought don't know if anyone can use it or it's only for BMW market there; + disinfectant liquid in the room (the first time saw that in hotels); + slippers in the room; + big and free parking lot (and yes, they allow you to leave a car for a while even after check out); + nice breakfast (though have no idea why only staff is allowed to serve scrambled eggs and other warm stuff - all other food is picked by guests? I mean... I saw people picking a bread with a hand thus never seen anyone picking scrambled eggs with fingers only!); + not bad restaurant with good prices (though Salomon was crazy dry, I know it was grilled but really?); + nice staff; + near to sea and restaurants/shops;
