Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Belgiumthe double bed was made of two single beds and the space between them was rather hard so it wasn't so comfortable to sleep on.
Late arrival was no a problem. We were welcomed and the room was waiting for us. It was a quiet place to stay. Clean and spacious..

SlovakiaCons: - chipped, scratched, missing bits from the wall in our room - room was small and too dark on our taste - outdated decor - no at least kettle on the room - no balcony or some nice view from the window ( just parking lot) - spider web's, fly's and dust in our room - shelf and shower shelf wobbly, toothbrushes and other stuff had to lay down otherwise everything would fall - toilet tissue runs out after 2 uses , no refill - fitness room ( 1 running machine) - really? - wifi in our room was interrupted every 2-3 minutes - swimming pool - don't start discussion about water :/ with the owner, - walls are too thin , can hear everything _______________________________________________________________________ Few more words I don't know if we get the worst room in the facility but first impression was like omg. Dark purple painted walls with missing bits of the paint all over also missing bits of the wall. Room looked clean on the first eye only with the closer look, dust next to the beds and spiders web's floating on the walls. Decor like time stood still or "blast from the past" Nobody explained when we came that there is small storage like room - kitchen equipped with small fridge and kettle also no any sign on the doors. Swimming pool is about 20 pln (4.50€) per person for 1h, nowhere mentioned in the description on booking with extra fee. Trampoline outside , broken , sitting outside around trampoline on their last legs. The worst thing is arguable owner with the discussion about pool temperature, water is seriously freaking cold, lights off, small fountain off, water tap shower next to the pool was off, that indicates out of use so why heating the water, right?
Pros: - parking on the front of the building - breakfast option ( 7€ extra per person) - can't rate it as did not try - nice building inside/outside - free wifi - kids playroom - Rapkoland by car about 10 minutes drive - entrance and hallway looks clean

FranceThe room itself was disapointing, it looked more like a dorm. The walls had a lot of marks and need some freshening up. The beds were not very comfortable. The shower head would not hold in the shower holder because it was broken. You still have to pay for the pool.
The staff were kind and helpful. The building was clean and luminous.
