I wouldn't say I liked the fact that I had to leave the hotel in 2 days :) But seriously, there was only one less-than-ideal moment: during breakfast 2 days in a row, it looked like the service was a little unable to cope. We needed help finding where to get cutlery - and it was not an easy mission.

We got a free room upgrade and it was amazing because the room exceeded all our expectations. It was an apartment on the 6th floor with a large balcony and stunning mountain views. It was especially pleasant to watch the incredible sunset while sitting on your balcony. We would like to stay there for at least a month.

Stay over Easter, I did not expect the hotel would organise eastwr animation every night (4 night) over Easter period. My daughter 7y.o. loved it! She wanted to attend every night . Easter breakfast was amazing and staff made bookings to ensure every body gets a table and no queueing. Pool and sauna are a bonus in case of bad weather , so as kids club .right next to Krupówki and close to train station

We couldn't get into our room twice, they changed our card but we didn't get so much as an apology or a coffee, the staff was the weak point, there are 3 counters at the reception but there was only 1 person, so we had to wait for a long time. Parking, we paid in advance but did not get a designated space, we always had to look for a free parking space. The Card did not work only when going out,let in it was always a new card that had to be authorized at the reception.

The location is great, quiet but still close to the city center. Quality breakfast and coffee.

After 1 week I wont somebody clean my room because a stay Another week .wot for any day cleaning. . But Sory cleaning staff not good cleaning. Room was dirty also bathroom.

One thing is for sure - the stay at the Radisson Hotel is worth it. Clean, nice, and quiet, the hotel offers everything what a family with 3 children might want to have during their vacation. Nice swimming pool, both for kids and adults. When it comes to meals - there is no limit on what the hotel offers. The advantage is also plenty of fruits, vegetables and juices. If you ask me whether I come back for more - yes, definitely. Thanks for a gorgeous stay! See you soon.

The only thing we didn't like was quite crowded jacuzzi at the pool area. Our stay could be a bit longer to enjoy the hotel and Zakopane at it's best.

Stay at the hotel was excellent - comfortable and spacious rooms, inspiring mountain views seen through the window, relaxing pool area, excellent location for the walks or other commute to the hikes, delicious breakfast, great areas for kids to play and very welcoming staff. Apartment - rooms were incredible, spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4. The view to the mountains also was inspiring every morning or day time as we could enjoy it sitting in the balcony. Hotel had a great facilities for kids of various age - computer games, table football as well as playing areas for the smaller toddlers. We enjoyed the hotel as well as friendly, welcoming and helpful staff care. Staff was especially helpful as our car got broken during our arrival - they organised our arrival ordering the taxi, helped to find other traveling options during our stay to enjoy Zakopane and the mountains.

Very much appreciate Friendliness and cooperation of all services, starting with reception desk and up to housekeeping team (immediately responded on request to change pillows, every day wet cleaning in the room, refreshing tea/coffee and mineral water, etc) Very nice detox bar in the lobby. if I could make one small suggestion, it would be to extend the spa hours, as it’s such a popular spot, it would be lovely to have more time to enjoy it. This touch would make the already wonderful experience just that little bit more magical

Just came back from a weekend getaway in the mountains, and I’m still in awe. The place was a cozy sanctuary with a view that had me at hello. Waking up to the sight of the peaks was surreal. The food was a delightful surprise, especially the local dishes. Loved the spa – it was the unwind session I didn’t know I needed. And the staff? They were all about making my stay special. Can’t wait to go back!

The food from the restaurant is not great but that's a minor thing.

The front desk personnel was very nice. I got my booking wrong and the person welcoming me promptly worked on changing my reservation and in the end I ended up with a better room with mountain view. The spa area is fantastic and the hotel is quite clean. City center can be reached by foot and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

It was sooooo bad… so bad that my holidays allowed me to stay only 2 nights there :’( staff was utterly helpful since arrival and it made me sad to realise I’d have to go back home. I also didn’t like that breakfast had too many options and I had to try at least a little bit of everything which may have made me gain a few kilos. Badly good
