We didn't find any cards for do not disturb. But it's not a problem at all. The robes are not suitable for men, they are very small and short. The descriptions of the procedures are only in Polish, it is difficult to understand.

Everything is clean, the room is comfortable. The staff is helpful. Everything is beautiful. The room is very comfortable for a family with a pull-out sofa. The bedding is clean. We are very satisfied. Next time we will stay longer. Try the pleasures of the spa.

I like the location - close to the lake. You can enjoy the nature and water activities. Hotel itself is nice designed, comfy room. Parking is available as well as all service like spa and swimming pool.

People in the dressing gown walked through the bar, some guests were eating as well. Parking spaces are busy by local people going to the beach, so no space for hotel guests left. Breakfast was nice,some dishes wasn't warm as supposed to .

The restaurant was open till late, very tasty food. Nice pool. Close to the beach. Close to shops.

During half of our stay, the spa facilities were closed due to technical issues. This was disappointing 😞 we stayed in the apartment, which is very nice, but previous occupants had a dog which left the room smelly, a choice of pet free rooms would be recommended. 2 small issues, but overall a very nice hotel

The pool and jacuzzi was not working. Also the facility was rated as a 4 star but it was more like a 3 star.

I have booked room for one person, but it’s double room, besides I had just one big towel (considering sauna and swimming pool 2 towels would be helpful), one slippers (the same comment). when I asked on the reception for the spare pair after visiting relax zone - there were no slippers;). Swimming pool is closed in the middle of the day for a few hours (except week—end), it’s just small remark, probably will be useful to check the schedule in advance. no milk for the coffee.

The room is big and nicely equipped, very quiet, soundproof, 24 h reception, 2 grocery shops near by, relax zone (sauna, swimming pool) are very nice and free for the clients. Drinking water in the room, electric kettle, tea and coffee bags. bed linen is great. Balcony. I didn’t have breakfast this time, but I stayed in this hotel before and it’s good. generally nice quiet place for travelers by car, lovely spa zone to get rest after working day, I recommend and will stay there again.

We wanted to get massages, but it was fully booked and we were not able to get an appointment.

Visited this hotel for 2 nights with my wife. We had the "Apartment" room. The room was very big! So much space it was nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom was big too. Had a DEEP bathtub and separate shower. If there is a place in Poznan you want to find a good steak dinner...THIS is the place! The steak is served on a HOT plate that continues to cook your steak to your desire. The meat they used was grade A beef (Black Angus) and spiced perfectly. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed using the steaming room and sauna. They had a Turkish bath, but it must have been out of service as it was locked. The pool area is smaller, but accommodating for the few people who were present at the time. They had a hot tub too.

We were not able to use the swimming pool, which we had booked the hotel specifically for. The pool was closed most of the time we were there for hotel guests, being used for other purposes. It seems there is a regular schedule of when the pool is open, which is at times when hotel guests wouldn't normally be able to use it.

The location was very nice, with shopping and resturants close by, and the hotel modern and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice.

Good size rooms with all necessary items. Covid safe complying with local rules. lovely and peaceful restaurant. Free parking and easy access to local shops if needed. I wish I had time to explore SPA. I arrived late at night and could only do that much. The offer looks promising.

Even I was alone I couldn’t book single stay . I payed for 2 people anyway.

The staff there are very nice and friendly. They are speak in English too. The hotel looks modern and kind of luxurious. If you’re looking for a quiet place it’s perfect… near are some shops and more but I didn’t check.
