Everything is great with the hotel but the smell is some gateways nearby isn't good.

Really nice spacious room that could be split to 2 separated rooms using curtains. Kitchen, a lot of spaces for storage. You can comfortably live here for a long time, not only spend nights. Great location - near touristic places, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my second visit to the hotel. Love the location, the clean and big rooms. The hotel has a good Italian restaurant and everything you need for a short or long vacation.

Password for the wifi is too simple and hackable. Did not use wifi for work. Bought a portable router and a local sim card at the store for internet access.

The WiFi is fast and reliable. However, teh password is just the hotel name, so it's publicly available and thus insecure. I had to buy a private router in teh store + SIM card to get internet access with no security compromises. Please make the passwords safe, individual and change them all the time

I would expect the breakfast to be much better and have more variety for such a hotel and the price asked for it. We tried the breakfast on the first day and were unfortunately not satisfied.

We really liked staying at this hotel. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance to Palace of Culture and Science and Warsaw main train station. There are various cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The room was pretty spacious for two people and we had a balcony with a great view of the city. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful with our questions about getting around.

After having stayed here twice I really have no major complaints, however, it might be helpful to provide better signage to point guests toward the elevators. There are two different elevators, and the one you need to use depends on which side of the building your room is located on.

Hopefully, not my last stay at this hotel! This was my second time staying at this location. It's a short taxi trip from Warsaw airport and it's also quite close to the main train station, Warszawa Centralna. It's also a short walking distance from plenty of activities, sites, and wonderful dining options. I thank the staff for wonderful service once again.

At 4am you can hear the rubbish bins and other trolley types of things being moved over the cobble stones, on top if the the workers are talking quite loud. I stayed 3 nights an it happens every morning.

Location is excellent! We came to Warsaw just before Christmas, so everything was going to be closed… Biedronka store is just near the hotel, so we bought everything needed…and didn’t use the hotel restaurant, we have done breakfasts by ourself in the room, and it was very good.
