The staff was exceptionally helpful. I landed around midnight. The duty manager assisted with the taxi and greeted me on arrival.

It looks a little bit expensive, we payed for 1 night the same amount as in Gdanks for two nights for the same level hotel. And also interesting thing with the payment, be carefull. We booked rooms in booking and payed in advanced. When we came we where asked to pay again, because they dont see payment, so I have to show proves. Then in the roof bar we ordered drinks, payed by card and after 15min the girl from the bar was looking for as in all hotel and asked to pay again because she doesnt see payment, again we showed proves that money was taken for the hotel and after few hours they found out that everyting is ok. These situations looked strange for us.

Perfect location, near the sea. Just down the stairs and You can have a perfect walk in the mall by the sea. SPA zone clean, comfortable and nice, but small, we where alone so perfect time. On the roof there is a bar with nice terrace to drink.

Nothing, we chose is for its position. If you do not like driving then this is not the hotel for you. It's out of the town, it's about a 30 min walk along the water front to the Harbour / Marina.

It was quiet, lovely walk down a path to the water. On site pool & sauna . Bar and restaurant to compliment the hotel.

I loved the location. Close to Redlowo Beach and port. Lovely breakfast and nice size room. Friendly staff. I recommend rooms with sea view at 4 floor. Really nice views.

Cleaning services need to be retrained/ better mamaged. Terrace was not cleaned, spiders in each room on the ceiling.

Footpath to seafront steep, uneven & no handrail. Longer alternative access by road. Views limited by trees.

Located in a residential area away from centre on high ground overlooking the pedestianised walk to the main seafront -10 mins walk if fit . Good breakfast, parking, guest use washing machine.

The room was clean and looked very nice. Beautiful view. The sauna and steambath are very relaxing. Dinner and breakfast were also good. Next time when I need to be in Gdynia, I will stay here again.

Tbe room was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful sea view untarnished by other buildings or noisy seaside attractions. Beautiful grounds in which to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and sea air. A peaceful hotel with a distinct air of calm and relaxation. Fitting for a hotel offering spa facilities (treatments at extra cost) Access to swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi free to guests. Perfect for my Mother-in-law to enjoy the view on the balcony with my daughter staying discreetly with her to care for any of her needs. The pictures are accurate. The breakfast was buffet style with huge variety to cater for all tastes. Very close to the sea with a large flat promenade. Particularly suited to those with mobility problems. Although we could not vouch for the accessibility for wheelchairs. Helpful staff at reception.

First room was a slightly strange shape but the hotel wasn't full and we changed rooms - the staff were really helpful. Breakfast and food in general quite fully priced - but good quality.

Super comfortable hotel and loved the location - just above the sea promenade 15-20 mins walk from the centre but also good public transport connections. Very friendly and helpful staff
