Had a room facing the tram, this was rather loud through the night, ear plugs were provided by the hotel.

Spacious rooms with a fantastic location in the old town. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect

The room was absolutely stunning. So much character and the bed was super comfortable! And it always smelt beautiful. We were breath taken when we arrived and loved every minute of our stay at hotel Santi. It felt like a home away from home! Also ideally situated being smack bang in the centre of the old town. We walked everywhere we wanted to visit. 100% would return and would highly highly recommend to anybody visiting Krakow!

the location!!! when you open on the door you are a 2-5 min stroll to many of the sights and restaurants. It is also the street which has the main road for the tram and taxis to the airport. the 24hr reception is also great- we had a late check-in - and we could leave our bags there before having to leave later in the evening for our return flight. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful with recommendations.

Central location, quick walk to the centre and plenty of restaurants close by. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Added bonus was me getting engaged during my stay! 🎉

Breakfast has a good selection but none of the gorgeous pastries that are made locally ( a cheesecake did appear on one day but not repeated!)

The position is fantastic...very close to the centre so walking about is splendid.Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tram stops very close so access to all parts of Krakow at hand. Trip and pickup from the airport were very successful and a smooth start to the holiday.

Walls bedroom scruffy, just take a little care from housekeeping to wash scuff marks off would massively improve visual impact Front bedrooms noisy tram lines 5.30am to midnight, moved to back bedroom can hear rumble trams but no longer an audible problem. Bell ringing woke us 5am 3 of 4 nights though n this transpired to be tram company if something on line

noise from the trams (sorry!). I think secondary glazing with blackout blinds are needed as that was the only negative

The only things I can highlight on is a malfunction of the fridge (it gives no cold) and slippers absence (this item is stated in the room description).

Location in the old city center close to the square market! The stuff was kind and helpful. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of food.

Noise from street and team were very loud, if stayed again would need to request a different room. Also shower head not adjustable, not the worst thing but not great for tall people!

The picture of the bar on the website showed bare brick and looked very cosy, however that was not what the actual bar looked like.

Had a really comfortable stay, there was quite a lot of choice at breakfast which was all fresh. Brilliant location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights and occupied a family room for 3 adults plus a child and a double room (single occupancy for the Philippine Ambassador) but unfortunately, our rooms were never cleaned nor the used towels replaced or toiletries replenished. I don't know if that's the hotel policy for short stays. We've stayed in 3 other 4 to 5 star hotels during this journey (Warsaw, Wroclaw and Katovice) but they all tended to our rooms daily. I hope the housekeeping will improve their service... 😔😔😔

Santi is not your usual kind of hotel since the facade seems bare that one would think it's just a normal entrance to a residential building. However once you enter, it reveals a distinguishable flair and elegance. The rooms are very spacious, clean, comfortable and well furbished. Wifi is free and fast. The breakfast is always fresh, delicious with varied choices. Reception staff and breakfast personnel are courteous and friendly... 👏👏👏👏👏

Very nice hotel in heart of Krakow. Fresh and clean room/bathroom. 5 min walking to the main square. Own parking area (18 or 20 euro per 24 hrs, I forgot),inside of hotel, better to call Hotel and ask precise adress, because enter to parking is from another side(one way road).

Limited parking. I requested a space, but that didn't get communicated correctly and we had to scramble for parking which we found, but it was a bit of a hike. If you need parking confirm - I though I had made it clear, but when I confirmed the day before, they didn'thave any available.

Great location. Historical spot with amazing updates. COMFORTABLE bed and bathroom. NICE breakfast.

It was very noisy...trams and traffic. Room was quirky with sloping ceiling...hard not to bump head on ceiling!
