Our stay was amazing - it was my birthday but I did not add that into the reservation notes, but when the man at reception asked for my ID to confirm my name etc. he noticed that it was my birthday himself, he gave us a free voucher for a drink each in the hotel bar and for some free snacks! This was already so much more than we expected. When we got to the room, items were in the middle of being repaired by maintenance, and a few minutes after arriving into the room a handyman came in to finish repairing it. This was really no bother at all to us as the room was already so lovely. After he left, we got a phone call to the room from the workers at reception offering apologies for the room not being ready, and he said he would be at our door in 5 minutes to upgrade us for this inconvenience. He then took us to another room on the “club lounge” floor which was absolutely amazing and they truly went above and beyond for us, even on a one night stay! All of the staff were so friendly, and you could truly tell they were proud of what they do and the level of service they provide has been unmatched for both of us!

The food in this place is not 5star. A lot of dishes you might expect to get in a 5star hotel you wont get in this one . Room service only until midnight with a very limited choice of dishes.

We recently enjoyed a 3 nights at the Sheraton in Poznań, and we are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Every aspect of our stay contributed to an incredibly satisfying getaway, from the warm welcome to the breakfast and the overall atmosphere. Right from the moment of our arrival, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Sheraton staff. The breakfast served in the morning was a true delight for our taste buds. Not only was it plentiful and included a variety of dishes, but it also featured typical Polish delicacies. Also, a great advantage of the Sheraton is its proximity to two exceptional restaurants. The first, with a gourmet menu, provided an opportunity to experience local Polish dishes at the highest level. The second, entirely vegan, offered unique flavors and creative combinations that left us delighted. All in all, the Sheraton in Poznań provided us with an incredible experience that we would gladly repeat. We can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic hotel......very spacious rooms.....very large and comfortable bed.....the bathroom has a bathtub and you have a choice of a regular shower and a "rainforrest" shower (the water comes directly from the ceiling).....you have complimentary water and there is a mini bar.....the breakfast had a large variety of items and staff was very attentive.....room servive is also available.....there is a zabka just around the corner if you want to get some snacks for the room......you can park your car in the underground garage for 150 zlotys per night

The hotel is absolutely stunning, beautiful room and great facilities in general. A wonderful view from the 8th floor where the swimming pool is located. A beautiful view from the room and a delicious breakfast.

Spa area especially the pool is so small, 5 people in then it's already crowded I don't really like the design of the shower in my room where the glass divider covers only a half of the shower room's lenght so the water splash outside so it's wet in front of bathroom sink

Clean, friendly staffs, everything works well in the room and outside facilities as well. Breakfast was also great with a lot of options of cold and warm foods as well as drinks Location is 10 minutes walk to train station
