Location was just few steps to everywhere. Our apartement Amigos 2 was cosy and clean.

We were moved from the two bed apt we had booked to a kind of 2 bed version. This was due to a boiler malfunction in the first place. The apartment we were put in was ok but I’ve stayed in more comfortable places. The beds are hard for example.

The location was superb. Right on the main square and within walking distance of so many things we wanted to do. Also the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, such as allowing us a later checkout on our last day.

Bit difficult to find the key safe and the rain dripping on the metal windowsill made quite a lot of noise.

Absolutely spotless and a great location. The staff could not be more helpful.

Creaky floorboards meant you could hear the people in the flat above moving around quite clearly. But this was a minor issue.

Loved the location, great shower , comfortable beds. It felt very safe. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Building is very old so there's no lift if you have luggage

Location excellent right round the corner from market square, restaurants bars everything and not noisy surprisingly. Apartment spacious and has all you need for a B&B toaster, kettle, crockery etc.. Beds are comfy. Staff do friendly

Loved it all!

The apartment was comfortable, in an amazing location, and the staff was amazing. Staff always communicated promptly and were more than happy to give input on tours and the local area. Overall, this was a great place to relax after spending a day learning about the history of Krakow! We are already looking forward to our next trip, thank you!

We didn't get the room that we thought we had booked. The photos are of many different apartments, but our one was spacious.

The location was fab, right next to the main square. A lot of room, so we could get some space from the kids.

The apartment was lovely. Really great location and the staff were fantastic at check in. Our apartment was ready early so we were able to check in early and was given a lovely bunch of tulips which was a nice touch. Would definitely return if we were in Krakow again.

It would be great to have some comfy seating downstairs but this did not spoil our enjoyment.

Right in the middle of old Town. One minute to square. Clean and modern. Off the main street and close to a couple of pubs but no noise. We booked breakfast one morning- they were substantial and good value. The upstairs bedroom had plenty of room and very comfortable. The downstairs bed is under the stairs behind a curtain with plenty of room. Staff at office very helpful.

The staircase was a bit dark and there was a bar on the ground floor with some people smoking and drinking there. Not so safe when passed through to get into the apartment door.

Location is amazing! Main square is on the doorstep. It was clean and spacious. We didn’t see any staff but it’s super easy to get in (just need to follow the instructions sent over email prior to stay). The pub underneath the apartment is very good too. It was nice and quiet on a night which we didn’t expect being so close to the square. Would definitely recommend.
