Everything good, cheap, clean and cozy place

Receptionist barely knew english. Difficult to find the entrance, no ligthing, we must save electricity, but some ligthing wouldn't hurt.

Basic but ok accomodation.

The check-in time is very inconvenient. 17:00 is a very late time. There was no garbage bin under the sink. And there was no second towel for feet.

The location for me was perfect. But that depends on what you need. Nice simple room. I have a window on the parking, so nothing disturbs me during the night with open windows. The walls look to be solid and soundproof. Or there was just empty.

Asked for 2 extra pillows in the first morning,didn't get them until I asked again the next day. Got woken up by the cleaning lady who barged in without even knocking, and the key in the door locked was useless as she managed to open the door regardless. Door was super hard to lock to the point that I needed to put my whole weight behind my knee and push to manage to lock it

I really liked the big bathtub as well as the big comfortable bed. But I did not like that there was not enough body dryer in the room, there were no disposable slippers, there was no coffee and tea in the package

I was told there would be no issues with checking out as early as 2 am... But when I went to the reception the doors were locked and there was a Phone number on the doors. I called the number twice but no one picked it up so I left the key on a table in corridor. This was not very nice experience as I did not felt comfortable to just leave like that.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed eas fairly comfortable with however it was very squeaking.

Matress protector wasn't secured to the matress properly, causing it to slide off easily - leaving the mattress exposed The duvet cover isn't secured to the duvet properly due to lack of zipper/ buttons, causing the duvet to come out TV had no connection to antenna so couldnt watch TV Batteries of the TV remote were used up

There were 2 beds? The staff didn’t speak english. U didn’t feel safe. I could hear everything from the other rooms. There weren’t enough towels. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign. Not good enough for the money. There is no room service as it says in booking. The location isn’t good.

I liked the bed. It was fairly clean. The bathroom was good.

Room decor, run down, no bulb in the bathroom, hole in the wall in the bathroom, broken skirting board, no bin in the room, no remote in the room for air-conditioning unit-had to ask at the reception, bed linen smelled and looked like it was not changed- had to ask reception to get it changed. High price and no quality in this hotel/low standard.

very empty rooms, the outlets partly fell out of the wall, you can hear all the time people from other rooms, the doors and the lock were damaged, initially you get only one towel per person, not even a towel for the hands at the sink…

Amazing hotel, fantastic location close to everything. Helpful staff. And the best thing about the hotel is that it is extremely well maintained and very clean, both the outside and the rooms... I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly go again. Thank you for making my stay so peaceful and hassle free.

I ordered a double room, but they gave me a triple room where all the beds are separate. And the beds were not intended for sleeping... There were sitting room beds. Hard not worn for sleeping

Dirty carpets, walls, huge mess in a room. Not even one iron for guests in whole hotel. Totally poor standard for hight price. Do not recommend.
