We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the hotel is great, in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance of everything you need and the beautiful little bay. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very nicely done. It's less modern than some places, but a lovely place to stay.

United StatesSince the rooms are small a queen size is not feasible. We were given the choice of a double or twin room and should have opted for the twin. These rooms are slightly larger and for those who like at least a queen sized bed it will definitely be more comfortable.
Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Rooms are small but have nice balconies. It is an older hotel and floors and bath rooms are dated but beds and bedding are comfortable. Very clean.

Keeping the windows open did not make it comfortable for sleeping and exposed us to the noise of cars and people outside (it's not a busy neighborhood, but at times the noise was bothersome). The floors were not clean enough to walk barefoot in the room (felt gritty/dusty under foot). We could clearly hear the people in the next room talking, so thin walls.
Location was good -- a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach at Sao Martinho. And the breakfast was very good. It was a reasonable value, given the high prices of hotels closer to the beach Bed and bathroom seemed clean and bed was comfortable.
