Food was decent but pretty similar after staying there for a week. Pretty far away from any major city and no offers to do activities outside of a boat tour. We wanted to Kitesurf and asked if there was a spot nearby - we were recommended a spot around 60km out. after googling we found a fantastic spot 15min on foot from the hotel and had a blast. staff is not well enough informed on surroundings. DJ that plays in the afternoon is unnecessary and it’s always the same music, i would highly prefer without as it is really loud at the pool. but other than that it was great!

Beautiful views (high mix recommend the sea view room), lovely staff and very clean!

I loved the service. I thought that the entire experience from check-in to departure was pleasant. The bars 😅 are perfect. And the tenders are nice and competent.

serving fake juice instead of real orange juice is a shame really. we all know algarve is the land of oranges! also the view of our room was not so nice, unfortunately.

very nice friendly staff, everything is brand new (hotel opened 3 years ago) nice installations, comfortable rooms, the pool is great. loved the hammocks outside as well!

There were a lot of hidden cost, normally when you book an all inclusive hotel you have access to everything, but that wasn't the case. There appears to be different wristband that grant different access, also the steam room was not working and I don't recall being notified about this prior to booking.

I had a fantastic stay the hotel were very accommodating, staff are very friendly and the facilities were lovely..

The food. For instance, breakfast was poor. not that many options, specially healthy options was missing. quality was poor as well (carton eggs). I had lunch at the snack bar and it was easily my worst meal of the year. Everything was terrible.

It's a little far out of the town, wouldn't walk it alone at dark but because it is close to town very few taxis want to do the run to it. Its a perfect walk in daytime though, not very scenic but only takes 10 mins My room was a little dirty on arrival too - I would have expected more from such a lovely hotel. There was quite a big dirty patch on the toilet floor, and the glasses on the sink were on disposable coasters and they were dirty and there were some hairs. I threw out the coasters and rinsed the sink myself but the the stain in the toilet was not cleaned for the 3 days I was there.

Pool and surrounding area was beautiful, so comfortable and relaxing. Staff were wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Rooftop pool was so lovely but a pity the bar up there doesn't open until 530pm. Beautiful spot for taking in the sunset. Spa area was lovely too, if a little full. Cabanas is a wonderful little town, will definitely revisit

Our room was cleaned daily but there was glass on our balcony that was there before we checked in and still there 5 days later, not a thorough clean. The shallow end of the pool was also very dirty and greasy around the edges from the sun tan cream grease build up in the pool but the rest of the pool was very clean and lovely. The food was a bit hit and miss, very bland but plentiful. Shame we couldn't get into the spa despite trying every day and we were there for 5 nights.

The hotel was lovely, wonderful location and the views from our sea view room were wonderful, very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds and the gardens were lovely. There was a spa but was full every day but it looked nice if you could get in?

Bathroom arrangement. Frosted glass sliding door to the loo not offering privacy.

fabulous location with views over the salt pans and waterways. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants in Cabanas. Spacious lounging areas. loved the roof top bar.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very good breakfast. Everything was very new as the hotel has only been open for one year. We loved the rooftop to chill on the sunbeds. Beautiful view.

The only thing I didn't like is that there were very few vegan food options. For example, I brought my own oat milk at breakfast, because I didn't feel like asking for it every time.

The room, pools, bars, indoor and outdoor seating were all clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff are amazing. They enjoy and take pride in their work, which makes for a fantastic atmosphere!

A wonderful surprise. A perfect escape for relaxation and rest. No noises, no kids...all areas superb...full booked and you never feel in a crowd place. To many different areas ... rooftop amazing view to observe Ria formosa and sea...Amazing. An full equiped and privately SPA... Perfect food and drinks. All inclusive one of the best i tried. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitively to return back.

I think the only thing I would say is, I went the perfect timing but the day I was leaving it was packed so if you what to do activities or buffet do things early rather than late then you will have enough time to slouch around in the sun.

All staff where friendly and helpful. I was looked after. Rooftop bar my fave the cocktails were lovely. Spa facilities I enjoyed after the beach. Food was almost always available. Birthday shout out from the dj and restaurant staff with candles cake and prosecco.

best view from a sauna anywhere! loved the live piano player at breakfast every morning. loved the adults only loved Eduardo’s energy and greeting and suggestion to take the nature trail to the salt ponds and see flamingos

Unfortunately my sister and law and I, were unaware of the see through curtain that was separating the washroom and the bedroom which made our stay in the room a bit uncomfortable (no privacy). I would strongly suggest to install a black out curtain or advertise this feature so future guests don’t make the same mistake we did. Also, the service at the pool bar was not the best.

The property is beautiful and great to spend a relax day.
