Entertainment was a big let down in the evening -very poor would have expected a lot more entertainment for the kids as it is a family hotel

Bring towels. You can get towels for the beach, but need to pay 5 euros per towel in addition to a deposit of 10 euros per towel. Most other hotels manage to arrange this without a cost. Only got two room keys despite being more people. Recommend having a car.

Good pools for all age groups, restaurant, mini market, free and available parking if having a (rental) car. Spacious (Prestige) apartment with a nice balcony. OK wi-fi.

Food in the new Caffetetia was very poor. It's a pity as location is beautiful. Hotel transport is expensive relative to other companies.

Proximity to a beautiful beach, not overcrowded, very clean and good onsite facilities, caters for all ages, very secure, overall a very relaxing location.

Cleanliness and maintenance of public areas was exceptional! Apartment was beautiful, beds comfortable, daily cleaning and exchange of towels. Great pool options for all ages and one exceptional restaurant, the Cafeteria. We ate here 4 times. Food was fresh and tasted incredible. Beautiful fish specials.

Some reception staff could be more helpful on receiving guests and answering queries.

The accommodation was lovely very clean and communal areas were also very well maintained. It is refreshing to see the vigilance of staff who were visible from early morning throughout the site.

-Found some staff on desk at reception little bit rude. -Beach at rear of property not suitable for families to access with Buggy / Strollers. -Location is 10min taxi to Albufeira Old Town. Not much to do around surrounding area outside resort.

-Lovely new self catering apartments -Nice pools -Great setup for kids -Gorgeous food in poolside bar “La Cafeteria” -2min walk to local Spar shop. -5min walk to nice local Italian restaurant “Portobello”

Sauna is closed. Apparently, you have to get key in reception (on the other floor; usually ques) to use it. Indoor pool and gym open from 9am till 7pm. If you are family with small kids, it no chance to use it.

Nice room, very nice area, perfect for families. Would definitely recommend it and come back in the future.

For a couple of days visit we expect to have a sponge/ washing liquids etc. We had to buy ourselves.

There are plenty of pools but not heated enough for kids. Cafeteria is a good place, food is delicious but a bit pricey.

the pool could be heated a little more. strict rules about wearing caps in indoor pool that we found odd. found cockroach in our bedroom the first night. staff dealt with it promptly but we were very vigilant about it afterwards.

The property had decent kitchen but no dishwasher. We had cleaners coming every day to dust and mop the floor but they didn’t clean the dishes in the sink. We had to clean the dishes and cups everyday which was bit disappointing considering we had cleaners coming everyday.

The breakfast was good and location was great. Lot of options to swim in indoor and outdoors heated and non heated pools. Mini super market on site was quite handy. There are multiple restaurants in the property with buffet and al La carte options available.

Check in was in the hotel rather than the aparthotel because it was out of season. Previously we checked in n the aparthotel which was much better.
