The hotel has a nice location on a hill overlooking a restored windmill. It's within walking distance of the city centre although through steep streets. It has a beautiful swimming pool area, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The apartment is clean, well decorated and the bed quite comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was also fast.

Location was a bit out of town and high up a hill & since we were traveling on bicycles - we didn’t explore the area too much. Would be fine if you had a car though.

Very nice hotel with individual suites that run along a street high above the town. Great views of the area and an old Portuguese windmill is at the end of the street. We enjoyed a wonderful Portuguese dinner at one of their restaurants up the street. ( there is also a small Michelin star restaurant at the hotel).

Casas do Moinho is a dream destination overlooking the beautiful village of Odeceixe. We stayed twice, in 2020 and last week, and it always surprises us with the quality of services and the kindness of the staff. Me and Camila couldn’t recommend more!

Breakfast: Overall good but really there should be an alternative offering for people who can't/don't eat eggs. Room: The hairdryer is not fit for purpose and should be updated otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful small houses with a great view and swimming pool! All modern well equipped and cool at night. With great breakfast and two small restaurants for diner of great quality. But even better is the hospitality. Very friendly, flexible and ready to help. This was our best stay on the Rota Vicentina!

Just be warned if you are doing the Fisherman's trail, this hotel is at the top of the village at the top of a steep hill making it a tiring way to finish the day of walking.

We stayed here after finishing the Fisherman's trail and it was such a treat after a few days of walking. The studios are tastefully decorated with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The pool is small but nice to relax around and it has a good view over the windmill.

Everything about this hotel complex was perfection. It was the perfect ending to our 5-day hike along the Fishermen's Trail. The staff did not even blink when a succession of dusty hikers and cyclists invaded their pristine lobby and dining room. The view of the mill and the valley from the infinity pool is gorgeous. I wish I would have booked the hotel for 2 nights! The staff went above and beyond when I needed help with transportation on a busy holiday weekend. There's a wide selection of room types arrayed throughout the streets on this quaint hilltop. I had one of the suites which was gorgeous. There are two good restaurants affiliated with the hotel
