The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear the elevator and people in the other room. But again, when I was there all were silent during 23.00 - 8.00 hours so I could have a good sleep. Plus the street is very silent(whats rare in this city). The shower in the smaller single room 505 is not too big, for me it was fine but for people with serious overweight or a big size it can be to small... Just ask if a room with a bigger shower is available.

The guest house is in silent street whats'very nice for a good sleep. At the same time it's very close to a very useful metro station connecting the best lines. In the street are a bakery and supermarket at 10 to 70 meters. The room was very clean. The bed was very, very good with a nice matras. In the house a good kitchen which can be used. The check in is not very personal with a code for the door but the communication is very good, friendly and fast. When I was there the other people in the house were silent during the night so that I could have a good sleep.

Location is amazing, less than 5 minutes walking from Alameda metro station. There are a few bakeries & stores around. Very easy check in process. Ana was very helpful & quick through the messages. Great service provided from her. Shared kitchen (amazing) with free coffee and tea. Also free WiFi and a cosy lounge. The cleaner came every day. We had a private bathroom, which I do recommend. Defo a place to stay again.

Communication of entry pin codes only provided on booking.com messaging a couple of hours before arrival (while I was flying). Caused confusion and I had to call host. I could not find a way to lock door properly from inside (some electronic key that I could only lock from outside), so resorted to putting chair and items against door to alarm me if someone tried to enter - did not feel secure. Bed had no headboard. Bathroom very cramped - in fact I'm 190cm tall and couldn't sit straight on toilet - no space for legs. Shower was very small too - mixer taps taking up a lot of the space. also pipework not concealed within walls, making shower appear tacky (maybe more suited to a south east Asia bolthole).

Location good - close to Alameda metro stop, convenient for airport (red line) and green metro line. Good restaurant (Pão de Acúcar) close by (close to nearest metro entrance). Quiet and clean.

We booked room 502 for 6 nights. We only stayed one night because of how dirty it was! There is dirt, hairs and black mold everywhere. It’s disgusting. When you enter the guest house there is a weird smell. There were hairs on the beddings and stains. I had to wipe the place down with my own tissues. The mattress is very old and you will be sleeping in a hole, so you will get back pain. In the middle of the night I tried to turn the mattress and I got really shocked to see multiple blood stains! In the morning we tried to take a shower to feel a little bit more clean. The shower was really uncomfortable.It kept overflowing and the shower was loose so it kept moving to the side so you had to hold it. The water pressure was really bad. Shower cabin is also very tiny. Be careful to move around because you will touch the handle and change the temperature to boiling hot water. Not safe!!! We’ve sent the property multiple messages through out the morning but they didn’t reply. They only replied when I requested to change the booking to one night through booking.com. They immediately DECLINED it. Seems like a scam, there is no one around or at the reception either, you pay the money, you arrive, get a BAD room, and there is no one to talk to. You just have to deal with it and loose the money. Bad business. Big scam!!!

It had a bathroom and kitchen which is very convinient. Also the check in process is fast and easy.

The room was very cold and humid. It only had an old and small aircondition, which took a long time to make the room sufferable in tems of heating and also was very noisy. The bathroom also was very cold, damp and smelled of mold.

The location of the building was great. Very close to the Metro and with a local bakery just across the street which was ideal for the first coffe of the day. The communication with the owner was also great. The room was of average size and the matresses were very good.

The shower flooded and it had mold. There was a blood stain on my bed sheet too and the room was cold. Adding a portable heater in the room would help.

Super close to the subway station and host was quick to communicate with. There is a nice bakery across the street and other on the street corner near the subway station, good location.

Nothing really, for this money it is a great deal!

Stayed in this guest house with my friend - we came to Lisbon for a music festival. The place is clean and tidy, staff is really polite and helpful. Also it was very close to subway station and bus stops, so you can easily go to any place in the city. Will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Lisbon :)

The mattress was worn out, I didn't sleep well. The bathroom was tiny, only a smaller person could fit in the shower. It was necessary to sit sideways on the toilet.

Nothing to complain about.

The location was ok, we took the metro and we arrived quickly to the city center. The staff was friendly and the building was safe. The room and the bathroom were clean and nice. I strongly recommend this place:)
