BEWARE they don't answer their Booking.com chat, or the Whatsapp chat they create, you have to call them at which point they ask you to send them an email. The phone in our room never worked despite promises that someone would come fix it. There are multiple restaurants but it wasn't clear when any of them are going to be open, a simple sign on each would have solved that easily. The thalassotherapy, which was a big selling point for me, ended up being totally underwhelming; the pool was barely warm and a jet ruined my swimsuit. Hardly worth the €18 entrance. In fact, both indoor and outdoor pools that were supposedly heated were tepid at best. Tennis court was sad too, and they didn't even provide fresh balls. Finally, the concierge who checked us in lied to my face when asked if our room faced the road - "We are a five-star resort, Madam, none of our rooms face the road", anyway, guess whose room faced the road.

Beautiful property, staff mostly friendly and helpful, food options are decent. Staff even arranged a private transfer for us from/to the train station with toddler and infant car seats. Room was clean and comfortable enough (agree that decor feels slightly dated but it was fine). Kids club was great, really nice staff there, and my kid couldn't wait to go back every day. The beach is lovely and there are some nice walks to do around the property.

Our room was nice facing the sea with a terrace yet as it was 1st floor, rooms were serviced near the end of the day after completing all the rooms in the floors above us. We returned one late afternoon about 5 and they were only half done so they left not to 'inconvenience' us yet we were happy to come back later but they insisted they would do more thorough job the next day. Although the room is a good size, there are no hooks (other than back of bathroom door)to hang things like jackets or if one wants to air out clothing overnight not in wardrobe. The desk/bureau has tv and espresso machine (loved that) so not much surface space.

Everything about breakfast is excellent including the hours. That by far is the best value for money. We stayed here 2 years ago and in that time find the rest of the restaurant prices have increased substantially. A glass of vino Verde used to be €3 and now €8 so that was disappointing.

Service was very good! Everyone I met was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is also located next to a beautiful beach and has a good fish restaurant with a sea view.

Bed was not confortable at all we slept on seperate ends as middle of bed was as if 2 singles put together and could feel hard wooden slat in the middle.

We have thought hard about this question and how best to answer. The hotel was sold as a five star hotel. It was not five star, probably four star. But is was a pretty good hotel. Staff were pleasant, great location and food to die for. Our disappointments were:- - The indoor pool was only available for a few hours a day. Unless you paid extra for the spa. - In our room: - Our toilet bowl was cracked and clearly had been for some time. - Our hand basin was cracked and clearly had been for some time. - When we arrived, whilst the room was spotlessly clean, the balcony had a layer of sand over everything. We asked for it to be cleaned, it was not. So we cleaned it ourselves. - the bath water was very slow at running away, the drain needed cleaning.

The Food generally was very good. The food in the Atlantic Restaurant was excellent. The space in the room was good.

House Cleaning is not always the best. Takes a long time for them to clean your room sometime late afternoon.

The room was roomy, but relatively outdated. TV is ridiculous small. There were noisy customers, mostly groups of heavy drinkers.

Very nice location. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful. Great breakfast with a great diversity of choice and great quality.

Unable to plug in hair dryer in front on a mirror. On next building upgrade USB sockets in rooms would be good

Very clean and comfortable. The spa experiences were exceptional. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately and resolved. Expensive but lovely food at the Atlantic restaurant

I loved everything and definitely enjoyed the stay

Perfect place for a family holidays with a 21 months old baby. The bed is absolutely comfortable. The breakfast is unreal with so many delicious options. Everything fresh. The staff work hard to keep all things well placed. Week done to them!
