The location was not good. You had to change two metro lines to go to the center and their metro was very slow so we needed at least 40 minutes to go to the center which was very tiring to do every day I would advise anyone to book somewhere closer to Alfama.

Breakfast varied and plenty of choice. All good quality. Re furnished rooms nice but small. Staff wonderful, very helpful, attentive, polite.

Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom excellent, the staff very kind. Location is near to metro station and several bus lines, not really close to the historic center.

Breakfasts. Extremely monotonous, few vegetables. There was mainly bread, sausage and cheese, pancakes, yoghurts and fruits (there were a lot of them, which is a plus). Tolerable for a few days, but no more.

Good location, within walking distance from the metro, many shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. Good condition of the room and hotel in general. The room was cleaned every day without reminders

very monotonous and limited breakfast, if you stay for more than two nights it is a bit of a downside. my key card had to be recharged like twice a day, did not work properly. it was very tiring (no one is willing to go up and down from the 8th floor) and I think it would be good to invest in better quality cards.

Good location close to metro lines and restaurants, cafes and shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here for my last night in Lisbon - in the morning I checked out, stowed my bag with concierge and wandered around the city until it was time to leave. The hotel is a short walk to the red metro line which takes you right to the airport.

The WiFi did not work for us. However, we were out most of the day and this did not bother us.. We came in the winter and found the room warm and required the window to be open. Some may struggle in the summer as the a/c did not seem to cool the room very well.

Nice, clean hotel in a quieter area of the city, only 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. It is also on the same line as the airport, which was so convenient. Very nice bathroom and shower. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Breakfasts were tasty with pretty well selection of products. All we'd like to eat was available on place. Greetings for very nice hotel staff girls. Hotel is located near to two metro stations. It was very easy to get there from airport using metro and then come to city center.

The guy at reception is not very respectful.I asked the guy for slippers at room he said here is 2stars we don't have what you expect. But for me this hotel is not 2stars. just cleaning service is not that much good there are lots of dust every where even after cleaning.towels are dusty.my clothes on hanger even were dusty after the cleaning service.

Room is great.bed,pillows everything super great and comfortable furnish is new.Breakfast is excellent. There are everything. And very fresh.fresh orange juice.good coffee.all you need is there.pancake.different cheese-seeds.fruits.good croissant.and from 7 to 12 so no need to be in rush. You enjoy your holiday to not to wake up early to have breakfast.location is very good.near center.near metro station.in very local lovely area where you can find many bars, cafes,and restaurants.this hotel for me is like 4 stars.there is a bar which serves drinks with low prices.you enjoy your stay at this hotel.
