Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe location was not good. You had to change two metro lines to go to the center and their metro was very slow so we needed at least 40 minutes to go to the center which was very tiring to do every day I would advise anyone to book somewhere closer to Alfama.

Polandvery monotonous and limited breakfast, if you stay for more than two nights it is a bit of a downside. my key card had to be recharged like twice a day, did not work properly. it was very tiring (no one is willing to go up and down from the 8th floor) and I think it would be good to invest in better quality cards.

Good location close to metro lines and restaurants, cafes and shops. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here for my last night in Lisbon - in the morning I checked out, stowed my bag with concierge and wandered around the city until it was time to leave. The hotel is a short walk to the red metro line which takes you right to the airport.

United KingdomThe WiFi did not work for us. However, we were out most of the day and this did not bother us.. We came in the winter and found the room warm and required the window to be open. Some may struggle in the summer as the a/c did not seem to cool the room very well.
Nice, clean hotel in a quieter area of the city, only 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. It is also on the same line as the airport, which was so convenient. Very nice bathroom and shower. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
