The guest house is in a great location, set back from the road but right in the middle of the action. Great places to eat and drink within a very easy walk, as is the river and public transport. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy (you have to organise the time in advance), breakfast was simple but delicious, and the facilities in the room were perfect.

Great location, short walk to riverfront. Nice quiet location in a court setting just off the street. The owners and their son were very pleasant and accommodating. Nice breakfast with Portuguese meats and cheeses, fresh bread/croissants, fresh fruits, etc. Big clean, comfortable room.

Great central location for exploring. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. The host were lovely, we got lots of tips on restaurants/wine bars and activities. The attention to detail was incredible, coming back to extra treats (pastels de nata etc) in the room after a day's exploring was a really lovely touch. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, it was different every day, with home made cakes, yoghurt and fruits. I loved how they showcased different local produce (meat and cheese) and explained it to us, I thought this was a great way to sample and learn about new food if you're only there for a short stay. A fantastic place to stay, I'd reccomend it to anyone going to Porto.

Very clean, stylish, & comfortable. Owners & staff so friendly & helpful. They sent directions to get there which were very clear. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The breakfast was excellent with local produce. Highly recommended & we hope to return.

There can be a stair climb to some rooms and the ally way where the entrance is located is a tad hard to spot first time. (Although a unique luggage elevator eliminates the stress of hauling baggage up the stairs to the rooms.)

A perfectly located property owned by two of the finest people you will ever meet. Immaculately kept, quiet and a fabulous breakfast served by the owners. Owners, Fernando and Olga could not have been more helpful with sight seeing tips, map explanations and assistance with luggage during our departure in a torrential rain event. They are poster people for first class hospitality. Thanks to Rick Steves for suggesting InPatio.

It was very stylish, immaculate, well equipped with facilities, very central, and so friendly. The hosts Olga and Fernando were fantastic, very helpful and pleasant. Brilliant location in the heart of the historic centre, close to Metro links and the river. We were warmly welcomed despite arriving late in the evening, with recommendations of where to find a drink and some food nearby. The room was great and breakfast was exceptional. This was a gem of a guest house right in the centre of Porto. The decor was lovely, so clean and the extra little touches of homemade biscuits in our room etc were just lovely. The owners Olga and Fernando were gracious, warm and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with plethera of freshly baked products, fresh fruits and cheeses with meats Would recommend. Perfect location. Loved it.

Our room was spotless, very comfortable and quiet. Fernando and Olga were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was superb! We were sad to leave but will most certainly be back. Highly recommend this property.

We did find the bed a bit hard but we had been travelling for three weeks so perhaps it was just us. this would not deter us from staying again.

We were in Porto for only one night. Olga was incredibly helpful, making great suggestions for how to spend our time, and being available whenever something was needed. The breakfast was wonderful and they take a lot of pride in serving local food. The breakfast room is lovely and available throughout your stay. It would have been a nice place to relax with a glass of wine if we were there longer. The hotel is very well located for visiting Porto.

Everything! We spent a long weekend here and we liked everything. The rooms are very nicely furnished and quiet. The hotel is very centrally located with a bus stop in front of the door. The owners are super friendly. The breakfast and service were the best we have ever had. We look forward to our next visit!
