The floor in the room is in bad condition and could cause tripping. The internet was very slow.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It has breakfast and dinning. The view from balcony is beautiful. The breakfast has a juicer that you can make fresh orange juice. The room has very good insulation. It has a lot of parking spaces. We arrived at the hotel earlier because of rain, the front desk was gracious to let us check in earlier. It is close to supermarkets by foot if you want to get something. It has a small outdoor swimming pool.

Nothing, it was truly a fantastic experience!

- INATEL Flores is an amazing accommodation in Flores. 10 minutes away by foot from the airport, close to all necessities (supermarkets, gas station, car rental, restaurants, shops...), it's perfect for a short and long stay. - The room is spacious, with a BIG comfortable bed, kettle, tea selection, closet with hangers, a big bathroom with all toiletries and a bathtub, and it has a beautiful terrace overseeing the bay and beautiful Corvo island. - Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet of choice of cold and warm foods and drinks. - The facility includes a gym and a swimming pool. Tested both, and they are a great addition. - The staff is so kind and thoughtful. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly, and they kindly gave us a similar room (our old one was already booked) where we could move in right away without waiting for the check-in time. They also shared great tips about restaurants and island activities. - The value for money is amazing! We were truly sad about leaving the hotel, we had such a wonderful relaxing experience! Highly recommended.

Terrible coffee machine, at least real coffee available at the bar for additional cost.

Wonderful view from the room and pool! Breakfast was ok, local bread and yoghurt was good. The restaurant in the hotel is the best kept secret in Flores where finding decent food is a challenge. I recommend to rather eat there...but no tables on the terrace!?! This could be THE place in Flores, but not much utilized and advertised.

The WIFI was not working in my room. I was able to get a weak signal in the lobby and second floor lounge if I needed to send an email or look at Google maps. However, you should be out hiking and exploring the island so that wasn't a problem. If you need stable internet this place isn't for you. There wasn't a screen for the sliding door so a few bugs came in when I left the door open. I felt that the hotel was a bit expensive but there are few options on Flores so it's worth paying to be comfortable.

Inatel Flores is an amazing property. It looks well maintained and quite new. My room was well appointed and had a balcony overlooking to sea and Corvo island. I enjoyed hearing the waves below the property. A lovely breakfast was included. The staff were polite and knowledgeable.

The receptionist was not helpful and refused our requests to book a sailing ticket to Corvo. There is a cattle in the room but no tea or coffee. Breakfast is poor

The third of our Azorean honeymoon accommodations - despite the fact that hotels are few and far between in Santa Cruz, we found INATEL to be wonderful, ideally located, modern in its facilities and a great place to relax while on the beautiful island of Flores! We also appreciated the small honeymoon surprise left for us in our room prior to our arrival!

Position is superb. Right on the waterfront, facing the cliffs and the ocean. Woke up with amazing sunrises. Also super silent. The pool was nice, even though the water was very cold. THe staff was very kind. Breakfast was ok.

Neighbours were somewhat noisy (not enough soundproofing between rooms) and went to shower and toilet late at night and we could hear water flowing through pipes.

Clean and cozy hotel. Location is near airport and has free parking spaces in front. Breakfast was OK and dinner grom hotel restaurant was quite good too. Staff were helpful and welcoming.
