Apartment was a little bit uncomfortable and not so clean. I would advise the owner to take care of the kitchen and bathroom facilities.It will also be good if the apartment is cleaned well and with quality.

Mr. Humberto was very kind and pleasant person. Apartment was on good location, WIFI was good.

The staffs talking very loud at 11pm we can hear it from our room. The bathrooms are small and not very clean. The whole guest house have only 1/2 hair dryer everyone has to share.

The isolation between rooms and the hall was slightly bad since it was possible to hear a lot. There was no oven.

The bed was very comfortable, the room had TV which is a nice addition, and a nice window. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was basic, sound isolation from windows was not really good. Staff was not nice when I got there before check-in time, the girl who was in the afternoon was really friendly though

Location was perfect. The room had a nice ambiance, but it wasn't in a clean state. The bed sheets were not properly cleaned and were not white, resulting in discomfort, and the bathroom was somewhat far. cafe's are very close, so I had just a room there :))

The room was very,very noise both outside with the tram going late into the night. And with the other guest - rooms are not sound proof.

The bed wasn't comfortable, the bathrooms didn't smell well and they always had wet floors. Perhaps the shared bathrooms need a bit more maintenance and cleaning during the day.

The shared bathrooms smelled bad, were not clean and had black mould and broken wall pieces. It was disgusting to take a shower. Sadly very off-putting

The sheets and towels were not clean and had stains on it. The sink had dirty water stains as well probably from previous stay. The room got really cold at night as the AC was not working properly (shuts itself down unexpectedly).

The location was amazing as it was 4 min walk to the city centre. Staff was lovely and very welcoming, although they are not available between from 10 pm to 10 am. It was definitely a price for value stay. I stayed at the ensuite room so the tram noise was not coming at all. The bathroom was literally in a cupboard, hard to reach considering the room area. A lot of utilities are provided in the kitchen section if you fancy cooking. The cleanliness of them is debatable. The furniture overall the facility was modern.

The room looks like the one in the basement where there’s normally too humid , Also the floor was not upto the standards and as well as the room was mote like a narrow path rather than proper square shape

Cleaning can be improved. It was not possible to open the window because of the smell comin from the building's court

Location: Tram 28 stops in front of the building, Plaça do Commercio can be reached on foot, there are plenty of cure restaurants nearby. Staff: very friendly and welcoming Check-in: can be done even after the standard hours. Air-conditioning in the room.

Noise from road outside made it difficult to sleep late in mornings as it was so busy but I was able to buy some earplugs that solved this issue. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot of noise from other guests and staff moving around and talking which did disturb our sleep. The shower try could have been cleaner as there was some black mould in the corners of the tray but we were only using shower briefly once per day so not end of the World but probably someone should clean with a mould spray.

Location was amazing. We were right in the middle of down town Lisbon with everything we needed and more at our doorstep. Staff were lovely especially Cátia. She was so welcoming. Room was a great size with city view and own shower room/toilet. Bed was lovely and comfy.

Would be great to have some extra place to put your things in bath room. It is noisy outside, but this is because of the location, so, not possible to improve :).

Good location, reasonable price, clean. It is possible to keep your laguage after check out.
