My bathroom was not connected to my room, this was not advertised when I was booking. The bathroom as also very dirty, and the hot water would last about a minute before becoming ice cold. There was never any reception/concierge at the front desk. I had even witnessed other guests try to resolve issues by leaving notes on the desk, which went unanswered. No housekeeping within the hotel, only upon checkout - which is fair as it is on the cheaper side however I would’ve liked some fresh towels after a few days. There was also nowhere to dispose of rubbish in the room, and after staying more than a few days, this began to be very inconvenient and messy. Upon my checkout, there were no definite instructions as to the process. the only person i spoke to was a cleaner, who asked i leave the keys with them. not sure how secure that is.

Good location, lovely view from the room of the city.

They left coffee sachets, vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. There is no kettle or cups and when I asked they said they don’t have any available. The same for an iron. Just don’t leave coffee sachets and random bits as “amenities” when you don’t even provide the appliances to make a cup of coffee. You could hear every bit of noise from the room. People talking on the room next door, suitcases in the corridor. Needs better soundproofing.

The room looked like in the photos. Spacious and a decent balcony as well.

This apartment was tired and dated. Lots of basic repairs required. Bathroom very small.Toilet seat didn't fit toilet so kept sliding off. Balcony furniture was literally in pieces. Only one chair provided outside. Bad sewage smell in bathroom. Room and building smelt damp. Furniture in the room old and very basic. No air conditioning in 36° summer. No staff on premises who could help with issues. Had to e-mail, phone or visit central office which was a few metro stops away. Kindly provided an "amenity pack" with tea coffee etc but no kettle or any other facility to make hot drinks ???? Also, complimentary bottle of wine left which was nice but no glass or even a cup to drink from??? Basic lack of attention to detail. Also, very noisy loud partying ALL night in immediate area and could not close windows/balcony doors because no aircon and too hot.

The apartment was clean enough. Had a nice balcony and provided basic accommodation. Bed was comfortable.

The process to get the access code to the building and our room was very messy, I had to call them several times to receive it. Tried to contact by email as well but kept receiving the same copy-paste answer like 10 times, saying that some information was missing when we already had uploaded all the documents on their form. We were waiting on the gate of the building for few hours. Also they say there’s a 24h reception and that’s not true -there’s a reception space but none working there; it’s very hard to get assistance by them if you need anything

The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom clean and the location also good

The room was located on -1 floor, in a basement. IT was not mentioned on the booking.com in the description. IT was damp and cold in the room. I asked for a small heater but IT was delivered not working and the next one was not delivered at all.

Close to the main street Santa Carina and local bars to have breakfast

A controversial experience in a basement without a teapot... although clean and tidy basement!
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Double Room
    • Stayed 5 nights

'We have no teapot. We hope you understand' 'Your room 6 is a room 1 now' Epigraph for a short horror-story? Words on one's grave? Well, actually, both! As well as the actual messages from the host of that location! So, we barely came in in our first night... why so? Because the city tax was not included into the basic price, for some weird reason it should have been paid separately from the booking itself, and it could not be paid by cash - because there was no one on the reception, and we came at late evening, so they just told us to pay the city tax but we had only cash, no money on the cards. Eventually, my spouse managed to negotiate the possibility of doing so, so they have sent us a pin-code from the key locker. BUT! There was an essential change without warning: instead of the Room 6, which is on the second floor, we got the keys (and the room) for the room 1 which is on -1 level - yep, the BASEMENT! Which changes the picture completely, because you hear all the street noise, cars, street smells come into the room, people's talks on the streets and everyone is instinctively looking into the window (ah, people, those greedy and curious apes...) - no privacy! Don't want to be a Karen, but cannot help reporting the so-called 'teapot accident': when we moved in, there were two teabags, two sticks of coffee and sugar, but there was no electric (as well as analogue, surely) teapot. And when we wrote about that to the host, the host firstly replied 'we'll check', and then they said... well, the words from the epigraph: that they haven't got one and that they HOPE we will understand that... false hopes, because we haven't! Without sticks and teabags there would have been no questions, but why tease people like that, especially with regards to being frozen almost to half-death...? (There used to be a heavy rain at first night, and some hot drinks would have been very handy.

The room was clean, neat and tidy. The location was near the historical part of the city. The general look of the room was fine, as well as the furniture was rather usable. The same is about building.

It seems room-1 had moulds before but it is recently cleaned and painted. Some of the pillow covers were covered with moulds and not changed. The bathroom ceiling is mouldy and it will be nice if bathroom has an exhaust fan installed. Since there is a night club nearby, tons of drunk men and women make lot of noise whole night and it is difficult to keep windows open and sleep; some good ventilation or a small AC in the basement room will help. Also someone atleast for few hours in the reception will be good.

Self-check in was very smooth. The house is pretty, the room-1 was big , pretty and spacious. It is close to the metro (10 mins walk) and food places. It was clean and everything (tissues, towels) were provided in ample amount. Guestready kept in touch throughout!!

The bathroom is very crappy. There was a leakage and we stood in big puddles all the time. Also the toilet seat is the cheapest and very unstable to sit on. The street is very loud. Also there are bearly no outlets. Funnily there was tea and coffee but no kettle. Only one glass.

    Big room, comfortable bed.

The bathroom is a bit old and not the prettiest anymore but that is something you can look past as long as it’s clean, which it was. What we missed was the promised shower gel and shampoo, since we left ours at home after seeing in the information that they have it there. Also, we were there for 5 nights and they never refilled our toilet paper.

The location was alright, the check-in was online and it was easy to understand. Trough the messages the staff seems to be very friendly but we never met anyone working there. We had a little balcony and the bed was comfortable.

There were no actual windows in the room - only one on the cealing that couldn't be opened and one that was looking at the hallway of the building - we really missed fresh air. Also, bathroom is a bit old and it wasn't super clean - there was hair in the sink upon our arrival.

Location is good, it is walking distance from many landmarks. Towels were super clean.
