Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe outside bar area could do with a revamp as it’s looking a bit tired now with the old tables and chairs. The paved area to its front needs updating and new tiles laying. It’s the first thing seen when entering the complex.
The apartments are clean and modern and air conditioning worked very well and cooled the air. All in all great value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

For the price we paid, the hotel/apartment was ideal, especially given how last minute we booked it. The walk to the marina is along a really nice path that has gym equipment alongside it so there’s always people using it. There is also a shuttle a few times a day from the hotel if you want to use that instead. We added breakfast and dinner on when we booked the hotel and it was quite nice; there is a set menu which changes each night and you get a choice of three starters and three mains and the dessert of the day. The food was better than expected and is great if you don’t want to head down to the marina all the time. We stayed in one of the apartments which had twin beds, a big balcony and cooking facilities if you wish to use them. Staff are really friendly too!
