A beautiful building in a very nice location with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was basic but did the job for us for a 1 night stay at a good price.

The location is great, in front of a park that offers a great view of the city! The room was also fine, a sink and bidet were inside!

depending on the room that you are, there is a strong smell coming from the washroom. it isn’t in all rooms and I don’t think is their vault, apparently it come from the public sewer system.

perfect location… but many steps to the lift, with a heavy suitcase it is not very convenient… the smell from the hood from the restaurant on the ground floor blew right into the windows of the my room

- Not really a bad thing, but the hotel is simple and older. The place is definitely worn, but in good condition. - Bathroom was more recently renovated, but small. Functional, but small.

- Location was exceptional. Easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and attractions. - Breakfast was included. Very simple with rolls, croissants, meat, cheese, jam, butter, coffee, juices, and fruit. - Hotel was a great value. - Room was clean. - Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but they prioritized getting our room ready. We were in the room within 30min which was greatly appreciated.

Location 10 out of 10 Beds were very comfortable Breakfast was good, but needed more variety of food would of been nice to have cereal, fried or boiled eggs, baked beans sausages etc;

Breakfast was adequate--a roll and croissant per person and a plate of meat and cheese. Coffee, tea, and juice. A bowl of apples. Did the job and I was grateful it was included, but it did get a bit tedious. Another reviewer mentioned the carpet and they were absolutely right. The carpet was really old and stained. Desperately needs to be changed.

Good location in the Bairro Alto neighborhood. The room was a nice size and had a view of the bridge. I chose a shared bathroom room but my room also had a sink so I could brush my teeth without having to walk down the hallway. The shared bathroom was clean and I rarely had to wait. Staff was helpful.

Bathroom shower had mold between tiles. Breakfast room floor was slippery. Chipped / dingy paint needed to be repaired.

Location was excellent. Many restaurants close by. Room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast room was nice. Staff was friendly, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags.

The one thing that would have improved our stay would have been softer pillows.

The lady at the reception ,Helena , went out of her way to arrange a room with a bathroom at the last moment for us. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast. Very handy to eat before heading out for the day. It was not a hot breakfast but had fresh bread, cheese, ham, jam and some fruits. Coffee and tea. Each room has an air-conditioning unit. We're able to set it at our preferred temperature. We were walking distance to all the main sites. The Mercado, St Jerome's castle, Basilica Ste Maria, the commerce centre etc Great location!

We had a window to the street, where there was traffic at night, but the loud has to be taken into account as it is almost in the center but for 1-2 nights it's okay.

It was perfect pension nearby centre of Lisbon, It was very tasteful breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Price was very good in this location.

Old furniture, with heavy stains and scratches. I booked a twin room, and became a couple room. But they had a spare twin room without outside window. The water mixed in the shared bathroom was not working on hot water, I had to fix it. I preferred more info about the parking on my arrival, because it is not in the same building.

Great location and cheap, booked a month before. Sort of quiet Great plain brioches Have a few parking places. And personal was good available.
