Sauna didn’t seem to work when we tried it.

Great apartment. We had probably one of the best apartments with lots of private outdoor space and privacy. Kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Spacious studio, comfortable bed. Perfect location to explore the island by car.

An amazing location, beautiful grounds, the pods are private and clean and comfortable, the owner is no nice and helpful, he also responds really quickly to any questions, very warm and welcoming atmosphere, there is a gym and a sauna, laundry on site, a pool, so much to see and do, it’s close to the city but very quiet with beautiful gardens. The private pods are like having your own small apartment, they put a bed in the living room for my daughter (very thoughtful and appreciated), the kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and dishes, it would be very easy to prepare meals, the bathroom is large and the master bedroom has a very big comfy bed. We are very impressed and can’t wait to come back!

10s across the board. The property is located in beautiful Lagoa, just a 15 min drive from the center of Ponta Delgada. The facilities were spotless and furnished beyond what might be needed, including a SPA room, a sauna, a gym, up-for-grabs mountain bicycles and more. Flickering lights were definitely an issue...

The owner was very nice.the food was incredible 10/10.. We did wnat to use some facilities like the sauna but were never shown them also the lights outside our window flickering all night on the last night witch kept us awake (scanner lights flickering most likely because of wind moving the branches) beds were extremely comfortable and it was great value for money... Would recommend and would definitely stay again....did I mention the food was incredible....

The house has very big windows, which on one hand its very nice and brings alot of light. On the other hand it's very exposed, every one who walks on the trail can see whats going on inside so our curtains were closed most of the time

We liked everything

Lovely family hotel. Fantastic restaurant - try the desserts! Very nice staff. Family establishment. We felt right at home. The bungalows we're clean and comfortable. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Although breakfast is not available on site, there are great places for breakfast such as Charlenas a close walk away. There are events going on a couple of times per week, and very occasionally the parking lot was full, but there was zero noise. It is a very quiet, peaceful place. Laundry facilities were easy to access/use.

The Wifi worked for our Iphones but not for the laptop. (No, there was nothing wrong with the laptop as we could use Wifi in the next apartment. on Terceira) Not a big deal.

Top comfort, very modern, safe parking inside the compound, supermarket within 5 min WALKING distance, friendly hosts, air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, big TV with lots of channels. It even had a laundry machine in the compound. Swimming pool. QUIET. Close to the capital.

I really liked the hotel. The houses are located in a beautiful garden. Well equipped kitchen. Sauna and steam room are very good. Internet worked fine, it was possible to work from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and does everything to make guests feel comfortable.

Lagoa isn't a great place, but if you have a car it is very easy to get around the island and make (dinner) trips to Ponta Delgada. The provided parking spaces are spacious and secure.

Very friendly staff, who really went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The place was very clean and the facilities are good.

It's in the nice garden - which unfortunatelly brings very wet conditions (inside and outside as well). No problem for us, just take in mind. The dishwasher in our apartment was not working and they did nothing during the week we were there. Furtunatelly the cleaning lady cleaned the kitchen every day, so it was not a big deal.

Cozy private area of small houses. Each apartment is its own house. The apartment is quite big, with veeery comfortable large bed, working space in the bedroom, big living room and big bathroom as well. Nice private terrase in front of each house. Absolutely quite in the night = the best sleeping we had in Azores. Swimming pool, jacuzi, sauna and steam which you can use whenever you want. Free bikes for discovering the area around (don't expect super sporty equipement, but okay for riding around :-)) Cleaning every day. Very good location if you would like to travel around the island by car - it's 1 min from the motorway and just in the middle of the island. You can't find better location than Lagoa. If you don't want to use car, you have to walk - 15 min to Lagoa (where are just some local bars); or 10 min to bus and 20 mins ride to Ponta Delgada.

Due to high humidity, the only thing I missed was any kind of a tumbler dryer for the wet clothes, but I've never seen this facility at any hotel. I believe that COVID-19 restrictions probably do not allow this option.

The hotel is very well situated, with a tranquil environment and has a nice garden. Parking inside or outside the property, always available. The house was quite spacious, we were 4 and felt really well inside! excellent beds and a good kitchen, which had all equipment one could ever need. A reach delicious breakfast liked all the family. The restaurant is excellent, serves a vast list of traditional Portuguese and international cuisine. We were glad to meet the owners, who are wonderful and highly professional people! We really had a perfectly relaxing holiday and will stay there next time.

We almost always forgot to hang up the CLEAN THE ROOM sign and therefore the cleaning ladies didn't clean our room and make the beds. This was our fault.

-We were able to borrow bikes for the whole family. -There is a large supermarket in walking distance. -They have a friendly dog Princeza. -There is a good restaurant a just few meter away which is actually a part of the whole property. So its easy to "go out" to dinner. The small kitchen has a small dishwasher which is a big plus.

The apartment is really beautiful and the people are nice. The host is always ready to help you. The Azoren is a great island to visit and would everybody recommend to come here. The facilities at the hotel are also really good. The swimming poule is clean with nice beds.

The parking is shared with the restaurant in the same compound and some nights it was difficult finding parking as a result. At check-in, we had to go to the restaurant and wait for the host to meet us because the reception area was closed even though it was during the regular check-in hours. The room was nice enough and spacious but the kitchen was lacking in quality of equipment (e.g., pans were very scratched) and didn't have some of the basics (e.g. oil, salt, coffee, tea) that most accommodations with kitchens typically have as conveniences. Many of the spa facilities were not usable during our stay (the steam room and jacuzzi were not working and the pool was not clean). Overall the stay wasn't bad but it was pretty disappointing relative to what we were expecting when we booked it.

The room was mostly clean and pretty spacious. It did have a fridge, stove, microwave, and oven in addition to a couple of other smaller appliances for cooking in the kitchen.
