Cups or glasses to drink water were not provided making it difficult to drink. The electrical socket at the dresser was not working. For a short stay was ok cos there were other points too. The location is not bad, just Google maps takes you for a long parade before reaching when there are so much more convenient routes.

The rooms don't have an iron or kettle for making tea. Kitchen facility accessible by all room will make it a perfect place to stay.

The location was just perfect accessible to all areas by walking. The staff were very friendly and always ensuring our stay very comfortable. The lady Dora is a very hood host.

This was my first stay in a Residencia. The price was amazing. The location is walking distance to the Santuary of Fatima. We parked our car about 1 block away in a fenced dirt lot. There were restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean and comfortable with a good shower. There was no reception but we called the posted number and a woman arrived very quickly to check us in at 20:00h.

No full time reception, one has to contact the owner at another hotel, no satailíte TV, only local TV with 6 channels with nóne in english, pláin decor, 2 sachets of shower gel provided, no fridge or kettle & cups provided, even when requested and no common kitchen area or lounge sitting area for guests, small shower head and tiny bath.. Whole appartment block feels old, needs updating and over priced for what's provided. Unsafe dark gated entrance area at night.. Needs sensor light for guests at gate.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The location is perfect , very close to the Nossa Sehnore Da Rosario, from the outside you don’t expect much, but once you are through the door everything is nice and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and neat both the bathroom and room was, very quiet too. I recommend this place, one of the best ones that I had using booking.com, not mentioning the price was very low too. I highly recommend this place

So, we arrived at 10:20 pm more less, to find i closed door in front of us, the tel number that you find in descriptions is wrong, if you call at that number in answer you will receive silence, after some minute somebody will send you a correct number ... They also provide instructions for check in, to call them 30 minutes before, apparently it doesn't work... I contacted them for refound, but after 48 h still no answer. Worst experience ever !!! Make you a favor, go for another host...

The bathroom design makes it very uncomfortable, the door hits the toilet right in the middle so you can only open the door partially There was nobody at the front office, it took long time for somebody to come to open and check usnin leaving immediately, leaving all keys unattended, this was concerning, this is definitely a safety issue
