Bathrooms had black mold in them, no ventilation. The shower doors were broken. The floor was not clean, the sheets had stains on them, the mattress had cigarette burn holes and seemed very old, the pillows were old and hardened. Room 24.

Not a problem for us, however there's an steep entrance with stairs that could be a problem for some users. The restaurant below was noisy at night if you opened the window. Air conditioner solves the issue. Also parking inside the city walls is tricky, but there are free options within a 5 minute-walk.

Location was amazing. A small walk to every interesting place in Évora. Top terrace view was incredible

fair for what you pay. location is very good and double glazed windows are very well insulated, preventing noise from getting in even though bar is right next to hotel. common kitchenette on floor is very convenient and stocked with very good coffee. aircon works well.

I agree that the beds are not that good, the mattress is saggy and when you turn in the bed it's obnoxiously loud. Everything else though was amazing! :)

In the center of the city, it's very clean, air conditioner was really good, there is coffee, tea for everyone. Also the Lady at the desk was really kind and helpful!

The bathroom exhaust air bubbles out at the shower or bidet pipes. Probably this is a city-wide problem connected to their silted sewage system, being an old historic city.

The soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor could be better. But that’s understandable, it’s an old house.

Superb guesthouse located in the historic center of Evora. The staff is friendly, the equipment is more than functional and you even have coffee, microwave and a fridge at your disposal. Also, the view on the rooftop terrace is stunning.Nice value for the price.

The architecture and interior design are really cute. It brings on a nostalgic, luxorious flair, which we adored. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. The pictures don't do the gorgeos rooftop terrace justice (amazing views). There is also a covered area on the terrace which is protected from wind and rain (perfect for eating take away food). Big shoutout to the incredible staff - they were incredibly helpful, professional and kind. 10/10 will come again!

It was a hotel in the center of the town where I felt very peaceful with its simply furnished rooms, clean bed linen and comfortable bed. I would like to try the restaurant of the same business downstairs. But time was limited. At the same time, the common kitchen and refrigerator helped me a lot.
