Breakfast wasn't great, typical of an Ibis Budget or similar. Parking is free but very tight to park in there when most spots are taken, make sure you've got a small car.

There was no A/C or fridge in the room. There was work being done in the hall just outside my room--and I had requested a quiet room.

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff at the front desk were helpful.

The rooms need some updates as they have a few damages. The cleaning team did a good job but unfortunately our towels had stains on them. The hot water has a crazy situation. One night we waited 20 minutes for it to come, another 1 hour and another just five minutes. We appreciate sustainability but is quite unpleasant after a long day to wait for the rest of the guests to turn off the water just so you can have some.

I loved that the staff was helpful and even hand out a map. This was really useful and also gave restaurant recommendations which made our lives easier. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, after a long day at the beach we were playing cards all night on the balcony.

I asked to book a taxi to the airport but they supplied a private transfer instead which cost €23.Rip off.I would advise to book a taxi or Uber yourself at a much cheaper price

The hotel is in a great location. Not too far from the bay area. There are lot of restaurants close by. It is also close to the Faro Bus Station.

The size of the bedroom was very small and hardly any space between the bed and the walls. There was a dirty ashtray on the balcony.

Quiet hotel located near the train station but close to restaurants and sights. The courtyard was a good place to relax.

Shower stall has a dangerous corner. Us old folks could trip during are late night needs to pee.

It is not the hotels fault but the room we booked was very small and there was not even enough room to open our suitcases. It was ok for one night but not for several days.

I liked the fact that they had a 24 hour reception. The buffet breakfast was good value at 7.50 Euros. There was a lovely internal courtyard to sit in. The reception staff were very helpful with suggestions for how to spend our time in Faro. The sunset eco cruise was a highlight.

There was a strong smell of ammonia in the bathroom which leaked out into the bedroom during the night. On the second night it was overpowering and I could not enter the bathroom in the morning until I had opened the windows and thoroughly ventilated the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good value for money. The location is excellent close to Faro train station and bus to airport.

I booked a room with 3 adult beds and a crib. This was to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids of less then 5 years old (4, 2 and 3 months). The lady at the reception told me that this room is not to accommodate that many people and was rather unfriendly and very transactional about the situation. With children of that age, there is no way to have separate rooms and the room/space was more than enough. A little bit of understanding and sympathy is always nicer and give a much better impression of the hotel and their staff.

Location was walking distance from city center. Room was clean.
