Second night we were close to road going into town....locals had a barking dog that was a little annoying....we didnt check out town much, had a nice meal there at a fish place and a bad pizza at a pizza place. Firstnight we were in the interior of the complex and it was very quiet.

Everything was great. Spacious apt. Clean etc. nice sunny and open. Nice pool. Great value. Nice staff. Free transport into town. Great kitchen...a little sparse w utensils though

The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware, glasses etc but would have been nice if they provided some basic essentials like paper towels, spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc. The 4 coffee pods were nice for the first day but if staying longer you’ll need to restock.

Very spacious two bedroom unit, several decks, balconies and patios, all with great ocean views. Very bright, airy layout with lots of windows. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walk downhill to the village and they provide a golf cart on demand to bring you back up to the unit - very nice touch! The combo washer/dryer in the kitchen was a nice amenity. The entire village of Salema Beach is an easy walk.

The property is a bit away from the beach. It is only about a 20 mile Ute walk and there is a shuttle but if you want to be beachfront this is not the place for you.

Huge houses for a very reasonable price. Excellent staff and facilities.

Overall this property on a scale of 1 - 10 is an 11. I didn't like that check in time is 6 pm or later. They say the room might be ready earlier...... but standard check in is 6 pm. You would think with a late check in time that the check out time would be later.....It's not. Check out time is 11 am. That seemed a little weird to me. It's a minor thing..... If your looking for a quiet getaway after Lisbon then this is your place.

The property is amazing. We had a big townhouse with 2 patio areas. Upper patio had a beautiful view of the ocean. The units were very well equipped with everything you would need to have an extended stay. The pool area was nice and it had a bar / restaurant next to it so you could enjoy wine or beer out by the pool. The property provided shuttle service down to the town and beach although we always walked. The property is definitely higher end and was quiet after hours. Every restaurant we ate at in the area was amazing. For a sleepy little fishing village they had some amazing restaurants. We ate at an all you can eat sushi place and also at an Indian restaurant in town and they were both Excellent.

The balcony could have been cleaner. - Not a lot of kitchen towels and no children tableware at all.

The house was really spacious and we had an amazing sea view. The housekeeping came every day which we really appreciated and the shuttle service to the beach was a very big plus for us. Great location for a relaxing family vacation. Restaurants and mini supermarkets in walking distance :)

Steep! Walking the hill is a work out! Walking through units to pool was also a LOT of stairs. Could use a HOT pool or hot tub in one of the 3 pools--Would've been nice.

Salema is very steep and these villas are at the top of the hill. View was great, staff we're helpful and always available. Bonus shuttle to village, dinner, etc.

We had to google instructions on how to use the stovetop which was induction. There were brochures on every other appliance but not the stovetop! However, we figured it out and it worked very well.

We were here off season and we appreciated the quiet, peaceful location with a lovely view. Parking was close by which we appreciated. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

The property was fantastic, the townhouse was very modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. It had all the amenities and would be great for an even longer-term stay. The rooftop terrasse had a wonderful view. Access to transfers down to the beach was incredibly appreciated. The pool area and pool/snack bar was loads of fun. The location is wonderful, and the staff were super helpful.

We did not have a dryer in our condo. It was advertised to have both washer and dryer. Our unit had a washing machine only. They did offer to move us, but we opted to stay for the view we had. Hung our clothes to dry.

We had a 2 bedroom condo with an amazing view of the water. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was a short walk down a very steep hill to shops and restaurants and the beach. The walk back up is very difficult, but there is a shuttle service if need be.

The hill from the beach/village is quite steep, a complimentary shuttle service is offered by the hotel There could be more plates and glasses in the kitchen - only set of 5 or 6 pieces, so you have to dish wash after each meal. Only 2 dish washing tablets were available to us, more have to be purchased at the reception - could be complimentary with regard to the price per night..

Extremely friendly and professional staff at the reception The vila is specious and bright 8-10 min walk to a lovely beach and a village center with restaurants and cafes, a small grocery store just around the corner. Salema is a nice place to stay to explore the South of PT or just stay in one spot.

Some of the design of the house was weird like toilet roll holder on the back wall hard to reach and the sink wall gets in the way of your feet but that is nit picking. Pool was great but very cold. Hard to swim in so didn't stay in for long. Indoor pool would be good

Customer service was excellent and very helpful and friendly staff. Accommodation was excellent and sea view with upside down house. Clean and close to the beach. Buggy service was great 3 minutes to the beach
