The bathroom began to smell of grey water as we were getting ready in the morning and unfortunately made the whole room smell.

The location was convenient we were able to park on the street outside. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the view for sunset! The room was small but clean and relatively comfortable.

Bathroom air extractor needs revision, it's extremely noisy.

Stayed in the 3rd floor which was a little cramped, but the balcony an the sun terrace definitely make up for it. Couldn't expect anything better at this price. Communal kitchen and eating space downstairs were handy. Free parking pace nearby.

We could hear people going to the bathroom from room 1.

Everything! The facilities are perfect for a long stay, only 4 rooms so very rare to see people in house. I Definitely recommend it if you come with family or friends for short or long stay! There is a rooftop that we enjoyed with my sister every morning and evening to have our diner while enjoying the view of the port. Great location, 10mn from the train station, 5mn walking to the centre. 40mn walking to the beach, less than 10mn driving. Easy walking and very fast!

The flat has good location. Apartment equipment was enought. The room and bathroom was really clean. The bonus was the terasse on the rooftop with great view for relax or have breakfast. We recommended.

It was slightly far away from the beach but it’s a nice stroll to take if you feel like having a long walk to the beach. Cheap buses and Ubers around though!

Lovely property. The room was the perfect size and super comfortable and clean. The bathroom was always clean. The kitchen and lounge area was very nice and cosy too. Would recommend a stay here for a couple of nights.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location… downtown, very close to restaurants and the old part of the city. Praia da Rocha is about 35 minutes walking and it’s a nice walk! The room was clean and on the third floor, with a nice terrace overlooking the city! The check-in was very easy, with clear instructions.

The bathroom in our room was super small, only a toilet and shower were inside and the lavatory was in the bedroom itself. That was a bit uncommon but it was very clean and all we needed.

We had a super nice and clean room with our own terrace as well as access to the rooftop-terrace. Communication with Luis was super easy and he was very helpfull. The keys for entering the building were very smart and easy to use. Loved it!

The terrace is a really nice spot to have a drink and eat something at the afternoon. The room and bathroom was clean and it was also nice to have a kitchen with all the things. Although we didn’t find salt.

It was situated in an ideal location, very secure and everything provided was very easy to use and clean. We loved the top sun deck for relaxing and had no issues sharing the bathroom with other guests.

The surroundings are not very nice, really. Still, it is located close to the center where you can find markets, cafes, clothing stores, etc.

The building had something like.. 4 rooms? Available for different guests, who would share a kitchen and living room downstairs. Turns out nobody was there so my sister and I had the whole place for ourselves! We really needed some peace and quiet. Also Luis was exceptionally helpful. My sister is about to have surgery so we weren't sure about the dates we would stay and he was super comprehensive with us, and very friendly. The lady that did the cleaning was also a sweetheart. She was very nice and even gave us soap to do our laundry for free! So nice. The place was super big and clean and we absolutely fell in love with the terrace on the last floor. Has Wi-Fi so we could even do home office up there. Adored it.

Super nice and friendly host, very clean house and room all available facilties were in very good conditions. Close to many restaurants around the area 30mins walk to the beach which i did every day to enjoy the site and taxi is about €3 less than 10mins. The best guest house i have been so far in all holidays i have taken, I totally recommend. Top marks.

nothing. it was perfect

with time in between weekend festivals, i came to Portimao because it was the closest city to the Algar Sea Caves that had a Flixbus stop. This efficient little hotel really lives up to it's name, but maybe they should add "EasyRestaurantCharmAlley" because right around the corner were some very authentic restaurants around an intimate alley. And if you continued walking, you find yourself walking in a park along the water. I also really like the full kitchen with super up to date appliances and comfy dining table. and sooo easy to check in. later i met the manager / housekeeper ... a very nice guy oh ... really great rooftop area

It's a bit far away from the beach by foot, but if you take a taxi it's only 5 minutes away.

The place is really calm, clean. Perfect for a weekend to enjoy Portimão!
