We would have liked a little storage for clothes in the room. Just a few drawers and a few more hangers in the closet would have allowed us to unpack a little.

Located right by the river and the bridge that connects the old town to the new, access to everything was wonderful. Our room with balcony was very comfortable and had views of the castle and the river. The breakfast buffet was varied, including both hot and cold foods and good bread and pastries. The front desk staff, especially Sara and Fatima, went way out of their way to make us feel welcome and pampered. The roof top terrace was a great place to hang out and absorb the views. Tomar Boutique Hotel was the perfect place in Tomar.

No bar other than a poorly stocked honesty bar. Provision of an iron and board would be a great help. Breakfast room could be larger.

Breakfast was the normal for this part of Europe. Location was excellent. Room was Ok facilities were very good.

Washbasin click clack plug didn't work. Water drained away when filling the basin. Shower doors didn't close properly.

Hotel is right in the middle of town. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff

The public area in this hotel is smaller and blander than what I expected from a boutique hotel .

We went to Tomar to visit the Knights Templar monastery and church , Tomar is a nice town - we did not explore other sites and stayed only one night. breakfast was good.

There was no window to open, only a sliding door which felt a little unsafe to leave open, for ventilation. The lighting in the hallway where our room was, was dark with the lighting only coming on as you walked into the hall (we understand this is about saving power consumption) - again this felt a little unsafe.

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Not sure about the usefulness of the bath next to bed on the upper floor:-), but not disturbing if you don’t want to use it of course. We did not like the orange juice at breakfast (spoiled with fresh Portuguese orange juice).

A nice location on the edge of the old town. A very spacious (duplex) room and bathroom. Nice , up to date and clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Good dinner recommendation. Perfect service and welcome.

Very good location, only a short walk over bridge to historic center. Parking was easy to find mearby. Comfortable.room with a nice bed. Nice sized room and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It seems most places we have stayed in don’t spend to much time in cleaning the showers.

Location is close to all historical sites, restaurants. Great for walking , market is close. Can be busy with traffic

We found the breakfast had adequate options. Good presentation. The location was good for us, lots of restaurants near by. We managed to find parking close to the hotel. The room was clean, nice decor and quiet.
