Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was beautiful and big with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was the best we had in any hotel in Portugal and the location is very close to the beach. It’s a great hotel to stay in Algarve.

there is a very good large adults pool and a separate children's pool close by and a large amount of sunbeds our rooms overlooked the pool areas. We had excellent multi choice food at breakfast. The twin rooms were quite large with a kitchen for those who wished to self cater.

IrelandWe were 7km from Albufeira so taxis into old town as there are very few places to eat nearby and no deliveries, there was a supermarket very close by though, taxis cost between €10 and €13 in and out. The reception staff were not one bit friendly, they did not greet guests, everything seemed to be a great annoyance to them, the manager at breakfast was very friendly and the domestic staff were lovely. Reception staff let the others down. pools were absolutely freezing even for kids and alot of chairs were broken by the pool. The lady on lunch by the pool was so rude, she forgot my sisters salad and when I asked her for it, she rolled her eyes and sighed. Would make own lunch in room if staying,
the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we had a kitchenette, fridge freezer and microwave which was super handy, very quiet peaceful location, beach not far away a short stroll, breakfast was very nice fresh omelettes and pancakes for kids, plenty of choice. Very clean hotel and the kids entertainment were very nice also.

United KingdomThis hotel is catered for families and Portuguese not international travellers. Rooms are ok, two single beds instead of a double/ king which isn’t ideal for a couple. Pool area repetitive music all day, so many files around the pool I’m not sure what the hotel can do about this but it’s terrible made us go to the beach most days. Ran a bath one night and it leaked from underneath leading a trail on water into our room. The bathroom has numbers written on the tiles really strange left there by workmen looks unprofessional and not finished. The cleaning staff we awful (I don’t know if this was driven by covid) they only made the beds and replaced the toilet roll no actual cleaning ever took place. The hotel should provide washing up liquid/ sponges if the cleaners aren’t going to wash pots with it being a self catering kitchen. Our room was behind the reception bar and above the kitchen so was very noisy.
Great location. Big rooms. Nice pillows on bed. Kitchenette useful. Breakfast very good.
