The breakfast was Good and included, there was fruit, bread, coffee or tea, yogurt and ham and cheese. The juice should be better, only 1 type and “watery” not very good.

Although the hotel can provide lunch and dinner on request, the menu is limited and not homemade. This is such a shame as the terrace where meals are served offers a 180 view of the lake - with a few small changes on the menu and in the kitchen, it could be perfect.

The location is absolutely stunning and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Although it has some older features, the hotel is decorated very nicely. The staff are very kind and helpful. Carolina is amazing! If you're looking for quiet and relaxation in a fabulously unspoilt part of Portugal, this is the place. You have the lake at your feet and a lovely deep and clean pool if you don't feel like leaving the hotel.

the place was so lovely and we really like staying at Villa Nova Nautic and Nature. We were well looked after and feel really good. We will definitely come back and stay here again, really recommend it and thank you Carolina for all :)

The view is amazing, the staff is incredibly helpful and the facilities are very well kept. The staff was very attentive: they upgraded our room for free because there was a better one ready and available; my boyfriend spent his birthday there and they prepared little surprises for him; they prepared us lunch out of hours. There are also a lot of activities to do, such as kayak or biking.

for dinner you have to drive 30 min to reach any decent restaurant, Saturday evening some drunk guests having a party and jumping into the pool at midnight

Parking space is dangerous, it should be made more safe. . Room was smaller than we expected. The shower could be cleaner! Black mould visible in places, like the window above bathtub. Pool could be cleaned daily, there was a dead lizard in the pool. Breakfast is just boring, nothing special, no choice. No hairdryer, no water kettle, no iron. Reception hours are limited, you need to show at the exact time you stated as no one is there.

View on the lake is amazing, undoubtedly. Balcony is super good. Eating breakfast with the look at the lake is very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Place is nice overall but needs more attention.

The interior is a bit out of fashion and although the rooms were cozy, they would benefit of some modernization.

The location is amazing and the view from most of the rooms is splendid. Staff was also extremely pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was good.

There was a bit of a mix up with the room type we booked, but the way the Villa handled it was amazingly good. We enjoyed our stay a lot and moving to a different room mid-stay wasn't a big problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms we had were amazing. The rooms with the pool view are in a newer and more modern part of the Villa. Sunbeds and bean bags are very comfortable. We had a lot of fun kayaking in the "lake".

According to Patricia there can be small parties in the weekend on the beach, that can be noisy. We didn’t experience anything.

Patricia at the reception gave us a good welcome. We could use kayaks and SUPs on the Zezere. The hotel has great views over the river. The breakfast terrace is perfect. Just outside the gates is a small river beach where it is possible to swim or sail.

there's nothing to not like, really.... over the weekend i can imagine the surrounding area can become a bit more noisy as the spot is very popular with locals. So the advice would be to also enjoy the place over the weekdays! An idea i gave to the owner was to setup a small bench so people could have a stroll under the nice plantation of pine trees.

The room (#14) was amazing! spacious and with a fantastic view over the pool and river! The breakfast was also spectacular, with everything one could ask for. The decoration is also very stylish and clean...remarkable really!

the remoteness (distance from any restaurants etc) is not clear in the property description. we had the feeling that the staff were not expecting us to arrive and were very disorganised.

There is no fridge or hair dryer in the room. The range of food they provide is a bit poor.
