“Our apartment was on the upper floor and had had a view over the lake and mountains. All rooms and the living room were clean, nice and comfortable. There were balconies with chairs and tables in every room to sip coffee and enjoy the view in the morning. Next door, in a separate room, there was a kitchen than had everything one needs for cooking (except for things like salt, sugar and oil). Personel was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with checking in and out.
The place itself is 1 minute walk from the lake and 5 minutes walk from the train station/shop/bakery. We were staying for a few days and we found this place more beautiful and calm than Hallstatt itself. This small town is not crowded, has walking and biking routs, from the train station you can travel to many beautiful small towns and lakes/mountains in the area in 30-60 min.”
“The staff in the restaurant was so nice..they offered me for free breakfast when they knew that I slept in my car during that night because the receptionist emailed me a wrong box code where they put my room card .. the receptionist don’t know how to comfort the guest.she want me to to entertain at 7am and go to my room upstairs at 10am ..for 10 hours driving alone from Como to Gosau..I am expecting to have a comfortable and safe place to sleep when I arrived.that is not how you treat the guest..very unprofessional. If she is uncertain with her decision..refer to the manager or verify what she should do..because lying is not a solution, it provokes more to clients..remember: the most important to a person is your credibility..when you make an untrue statement..you are a liar..!”
