We had 2 rooms booked for pretty much the same period. We had probably one of the best views in town at 11th floor. Amazing breakfast with many options to choose from. The room was clean fully equipped. Perfect location to be in Bucharest city center. We really appreciated the air-conditioning in the room.

the extreme noise from the rush street, no tea for breakfats for three days, very hot weather and bad air in the room, self blocking card door key, dangerous power plug

- A strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom - Some construction workers were building something on the balcony while we were in the room. - The access keys stopped working every 2 days we needed to go to the concierge for re-activating them. - There was no ironing board

It appears as if the hotel was partially closed - the hotel bar and restaurant don't work, which is a shame as you can't fully enjoy the hotel stylish atmosphere; the room mini bar was empty although the price list was present in the room; most of the hand sanitizers available on each floor were empty througout the whole stay; the cleaning can be improved; a hoover and piles of bed sheets were left in the corridor thoughout the whole stay - slightly unprofessional for a four star "establishment";

Our room was not cleaned after the previous guests. The receptionist resolved the issue immediately by moving us to another room (of the same type). Everything else was great!

The location is very good - direct bus from the OTP airport and close to the city center. The rooms were nice and clean. There was an AC which was a huge plus. The staff were very helpful too! The breakfast is fine, but some more variety would be nice.

Maybe the breakfast could have included some more specific Romanian foods and the coffee was ordinary.

This hotel is located in the center of Bucharest, has a nice price range and offers great value for the money. Compared to western hotels, it is about half the price for the same quality. I would use it again.

Our room had some spots on the carpet, the curtains had some hooks missing and the AC did not work properly. My parents' room did not have such flaws and was perfect in comparison to ours.
