We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwitzerlandI just want to point out that the hotel asked to pay separate for breakfast that was already included and pre-paid in my booking. The bad part is that I booked in total 6 rooms for my wedding guests (only 4 were used). I called the hotel in advancd to tell them, I also asked for any potential additional costs to be billed on me, just to find out that they told my guests that we didnt offer breakfast and they need to pay separately.

DenmarkThe place have seen some wear, a lot of it doesn't seem to have been renovated for a long time. Not very clean. The room smelled a lot of perfume. The air condition didn't work. The shower had very little pressure, and not very warm water. There was some mold starting to form in the shower. the buffet was very simpel. One of the light fixtures had fallen out.
The staff was nice, and the place was close to the venue that I needed to visit.

SerbiaIt was dirty, we were 2 days in room, they didn’t come to clean our room, they give us 1 small and 1 big towel for two people, staff was rude, the girl on reception wanted to charge 20€ more, and when i showed text with booking, she didn’t apologies for her mistake. Air conditione doesen’t work, it was cold in the room.

United KingdomI’ve booked again with this hotel, as the front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly, with a positive attitude especially Yessica who has welcomed me on booth of my stays, and was ready to help whenever I needed, including printing some documents I needed, and recommend a shopping centre from where I could buy a new luggage as mine failed me. Rooms are very clean and scented with a pleasant perfume, and get a lot of natural light that it’s a pleasure to watch the sunset from its big windows . They offer toiletries, clean towels, bath rope, and slippers, as well a a minibar, under the desk. Clean sheets and comfortable mattress, and air conditioning as well. Very close to amenities such as Iullius Mall, Euro Shopping Centre, and few of others. Overall it’s a very beautiful, hotel if you’re looking to get some peace and quiet, and rest in Timisoara. Highly recommend.

United KingdomAngellis comes from Angel . And it couldn’t be more true when you stay at Hotel Angellis . The staff are amazing , and welcoming, very calm and helpful. I’ve chose to stay again, for that reason. Room facilities are up to the expectation, the room is very clean and nicely scented. Breakfast is nice in a beautiful atmosphere.
