It's a unique little studio smartly decorated , located on the high floor of a modern building. It's friendly, comfortable and has breathtaking view on Bucharest. The bed was comfortable. The communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was indicated that smoking is prohibited in apartments. But there is a corrosive smell of cigarette smoke, which can be felt when the windows are closed, and there are some traces of burnt furniture, bath, curtains.

We had an apartment with not this emerald bed, but with provencal wrought iron bed. There is a kitchen for cooking, washing machine. The owner provided the missing specified items within an hour. Freshly renovated, well cleaned apartments.

The apartment is ideal for visiting Bucharest. Quiet, well furnished, near hypermarket and metro station. The host is polite and provided us with everything we needed. And the free parking space is priceless.

Second time in Bucharest. We rented an apartment from Dan because we are very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and location. I advise future residents if something needs help or something to bring or something does not work. Immediately write and speak, everything is decided very quickly responds to the request if it is within his competence. Therefore, we are very satisfied, we highly recommend it, and the ratings for bookings correspond, you can even raise the rating, DESERVED

We are from Ukraine. We booked Dan's apartment for a week. Everything is as on the picture, even better. The apartment is on the second floor, beautiful sleeping area, playground behind the house, so very quiet. Each car has its own parking space so do not have to look where to park. The area is very quiet, close to transport interchange, near a small store, two large market in walking distance, pharmacies, exchange office, banks, cafes and more. The apartment is detergent and cleaner, a minimum set for cooking, everything is clean and well-maintained, excellent wyfay, hot water around the clock. I highly recommend, if we are in Bucharest for sure, to stay here. The owner deservedly gets good reviews and ratings. Minus: there is no contactless settlement. You have to clearly communicate what time you will arrive. But the host speaks English and has a phone, all questions solved 24 / 7, so it's more discomfort for the Dan ;-))))

We were not accommodated in the apartment from the pictures. Broken window, broken shower. Not very clean There were no towels for all the guests

- the place I was given did not look anything like the ones in the photos. It looked worse. I assume the owners probably just uploaded their best properties in order to draw in customers - the place was not very clean (so I had to clean it up myself). Even the cheap mop I found in the apartment had small pieces of trash in it - there was a couch partially blocking the entrance door (probably for more people to stay in the apartment). Also, the couch cover was kinda' dirty - a part of the kitchen furniture was broken and did not work properly - the right bedroom window did not close properly (eventually I found a way to close it) - the other window was broken, but the crack was just covered with some sort of paper or plastic - the bed mattress was not straight. One half of the mattress was lower than the other. So you felt like staying in a hole - the shower installation was leaking. The bathroom sink installation was old - the internet connection was kind below average As a side note, just a month prior I had a reservation at another place in Bucharest which had much better conditions and was also cheaper. I had a few cockroaches and a few other problems, which I just reported privately to the owner. And the owner offered to partially refund me (I didn't even have to ask) for less than half the problems I met with this apartment. PS: I posted a few photos with the property I stayed in.

- location is very good because it's close to the subway and a supermarket - some of the things people need (e.g. cleaners, kitchen tools, dishes) were already there. Some of them were almost finished, but at least there was something - the owner was friendly and polite (although ultimately, that didn't make any difference)
